Unfortunately, our singer Mike is sick as can be right now, so we have no choice but to pull out of the show tomorrow night at Firestone Live. As much as we ABSOLUTELY hate to do this, especially last minute, we don't really have much choice.....unless of course, we play an all instrumental show, which is not exactly the way we like to rock it! We know a lot of you were planning on coming to see us and we definitely hate to disappoint you guys!! But please keep in mind, there are still 9 other, very talented bands performing tomorrow night who will guarantee to rock your faces off! So, please come out and support the local scene! Again, we're really sorry about this kids!  Please wish Mike a speedy recovery, so we can get back out there and do what we love to do!! Thanks for understanding...

This weekend was perhaps the most intense yet productive weekend we have ever had as a band.....no joke!! We finished the filming of our music video for the song 'Solace'! Thanks to the creative (and very organized) vision of our director/producer, Mark Moorer with Pitcher Point Productions, some beautiful weather, a great crew and lots of coffee (lol), we filmed an epic video! We also began recording our newest single 'White Flag' at Starlight Studios, which we guarantee will rock your house off it's very foundation or your money back!!! So, needless to say, we didn't sleep very much the last few days but it was worth every second!! Anyhow, just wanted to give you kids an update as to what we've been up to....it's a busy time for us FOE lads but it's what we live for! Keep stopping by our site, drop us a comment or an email and most of all.....Keep it loud!! We'll see you all very soon....

Wow, what incredible fans we have.....you all really showed some serious love last night (and every night), as we introduced two new members into the FOE family! Both Chris and Dave are still in shock with all the love and support you kids poured out to us, both during and after the show!! Throughout the night, I had a number of people come up and tell me how much of an impact our music has had on their lives and how elated they were to see us back in action so soon after dealing with my brother's passing. I can't even begin to tell you how much that means, not only to myself and my family but to the rest of the guys in the band as well!! The momentum you have all helped to create with FOE is much bigger than any of us could have ever imagined.....and it is because of you, that we will continue to write and perform music that permeates the soul!!
We are very blessed to have such amazing fans/friends. See ya soon kids ;)
Keep it Loud!!!!

So, here are the lyrics to one of our most requested songs...... the 9th track on our album and a lovely little diddy entitled  "Face To My Fist".  This song was specifically written for mixed martial arts and I think it's pretty evident, once you read the lyrics!! We are all big MMA fans, always watching the UFC, XFC, WEC, etc.....so, one day, a light bulb came on and we thought, hey, why don't we just write a song geared towards MMA, and that's exaclty what we did!! We actually filmed a cool video for this song(courtesy of Mark Moorer and Pitcher Point Productions), in which Ben "Killa B" Saunders of the UFC made a Cameo apperance! Here's another  little fun fact for you kids at home......we often like to close our live set with this track just because it's so full of energy and it's just so much damn fun to play (lol)! Well, there you have it...enjoy kids!

Face To My Fist

You’re standing nose to nose with me,

I see the fear in your eyes,

Your bark is loud but your bite is weak,

                        It’s time that you realize,

If you want it, come and get it,

                        I’m not one to hesitate,

If you want it, come and get it,

I’m ready to make you break

Chorus:          One last chance I give to you

To bow down in front of me

                        I will not show mercy

                        When I submit the enemy

Now you’re there trying hard to breather,

                        You’re lungs about to collapse,

Tapping out ‘cause you want to be free,

You know this time is your last,

If you want it, come and get it,

                        I’m not one to hesitate,

If you want it, come and get it,

I’m ready to make you break

Chorus:          One last chance I give to you

To bow down in front of me

                        I will not show mercy

                        When I submit the enemy

Bridge:             Try, come and get it, you don’t want your face to my fist,

Come and get it, you don’t want your face to my…..fist

Chorus:          One last chance I give to you

To bow down in front of me

                        I will not show mercy

                        When I submit the enemy

Some of you may be quite familiar with this track, as it was featured on the CW network this past Fall & Winter, along with a performance video, which was filmed right here in the CW studio in Orlando!! The lyrics are relatively straight forward but the song itself, envokes several different emotions....especially in the bridge/breakdown after the 2nd chorus! Go back and listen to the track after reading the lyrics, and you'll see what I mean. More lyrics to follow soon, so keep checking the site....

Fix Myself

Your mind is in Overdrive

But you just won’t reply

Your Angel’s seem to soar

While all your demon’s roar

Make every move you can

To see what might have been

Chorus:          You’re wasting

                        Time on me my friend

                        I’ll make it

                        On my own again

                        Fix myself again

                        While all your reasons flow

Like a river down your soul

I will let you feed your flame

‘Cause the fire seems to rage

Makes all your dreams grow cold

                        My one and only soul

Chorus:          You’re wasting

                        Time on me my friend

                        I’ll make it

                        On my own again

                        Face myself again

Bridge(4X):     Fix myself again

                        Face myself again

I will fight until the end

I will wait until the end

I will fight until the end

                        I will fight it

Chorus(2X):   You’re wasting

                        Time on me my friend

                        I’ll make it

                        On my own again

                        Fix myself again

Outro(2X):     Fix myself again

                        Face myself again

“Every passing moment is a chance to change it all. I believe this whole heartily and know that this is what Fall Of Envy is all about. Although life can be crazy sometimes, we simply need to live each moment like it's our last, and experience life at its fullest. We are extremely excited about the new members and beginnings of FOE and can't wait to have all of you experience with us the great things to come. It has been said that the heart of a man is truly shown when he is faced with adversity. I am happy to say that you, our friends and fans, will see the hearts of FOE and know that we are stronger now than ever before. So get ready, because this is not just a passing moment in our career, but the beginning of something even greater than ever before, and  know that we will always......Keep It Loud!”

-Tommy Harrington – Guitar/Vocal

“Fall Of Envy has been on the fast track to becoming the next great rock band success story out of Orlando, FL! But two months ago, our incredible momentum came to a screeching halt, when my brother & Fall Of Envy guitarist (Greg Harrington) suddenly passed away on August 1st. Dealing with the tragic loss of my brother and best friend, the band was literally thrown into uncharted waters and we were forced to confront the issue of how and if we would be able continue on as Fall Of Envy, without Greg on stage left. Although I still grieve on a daily basis, the choice to continue on was very clear. My brother loved this band unconditionally and we all loved him, so there really wasn't a choice in the matter after all! So, we would not only decide to continue on but would regroup with two new, powerhouse musicians and continue our rise to the top, which is exactly what's happening right now.”

-Brandt Frenchman - Drums

“The new lineup is AMAZING!!Fall of Envy has  taken it to the next level .We have so much respect for the new addition, both Chris and Dave are incredible musicians and song writers. Most importantly they are honest, down to earth people who have devoted their life’s to this project!!This is a situation that’s come together through destiny!”

-Chris Gaarlandt - Guitar

“I've been playing around the Orlando scene since I was 15 and have always been involved in local music. Music has taken me as far away as Japan when I filled in guitar for Last Winter. I came to know the Fall of Envy guys by playing around town in my old band Holotype. We played shows together and became good friends and always had remained in touch even when Holotype disbanded. When I got the call to come out and play for Fall of Env,y it was a seamless transition since we had been friends before and I had already been to many of their shows. I'm really looking forward to being a part of this solid line up and I can only see positive things coming in the future for Fall of Envy.”

-Dave Rivenbark – Bass Guitar

"I’m proud to join the FOE family!...the best is yet to come!"

This is the 7th track on our album, titled "Far From Here". Some of you already know (but many do not) that this was a song my brother and I wrote about my mom who, has Multiple Sclerosis. The brutal irony is that my brother Greg has since passed away and these lyrics have now become as much (if not more) about him than my mom, for whom the song was originally intended. The next time you listen to this song, I ask that you close your eyes, really take in the lyrics and please say a prayer for both my brother and my mom....I love you both more than any song can ever portray!!!!

Far From Here

It’s colder now without you here

The pain of loss turns into fear

Emotions fade I start to cry

You disappear I say goodbye

            I’m starting to break

This life I can’t take

It’s all a mistake

Chorus:          Far from here

Your angel soul has taken hold………again

Come here with us we miss you so

You’ll shine again your mind will glow

                        Trapped alone a prisoner inside

Talk to us never try and hide

            I’m starting to break

This life I can’t take

It’s all a mistake

Chorus:          Far from here

Your angel soul has taken hold

                        Far from here

We’ll see you when we meet again

Bridge:            What have we become

                        When it’s taken away

                        No one to blame

-----Instrumental breakdown-----

Chorus:          Far from here

Your angel soul has taken hold

                        Far from here

We’ll see you when we meet again

                        Far……..From here
