Hello der,

Just a wee note to let you know that our debut single 'Kick Start' is now available on itunes! It'll be the best 79p you'll spend this Christmas! Although 68p Sainsburys Cherry Bakewells come a close second.

We've also filmed a video with the ever wonderful Bandwidth Films and the help of a few friends who were brave enough to turn out on a horrible winter morning! Take a wee look at the top of the myspace page and see if you recognise anyone.

However im going back to bed as we only made it home from Galway at 5am.

Steven

PS Cheers to A Plastic Rose for being complete legends and their van (Morrison) for keeping us all on our toes. Bring on Friday and Saturday in Omagh and Strabane.

Its being filmed on the 18th of November. To participate please email us at good_fight@hotmail.co.uk or on myspace facebookor any of those things.

Look up amaze fm we got chosen as the featured artist of the week on their homepage from hundreds of bands. The site works with a chart that allows the highest voted band to get airplay on hundreds of American radiostations. Pretty please place a vote for us on their website. At the minute 'Landslide' is NO.1 in the chart woop.... but it lasts a week so help us out. You need to do a real basic sign up here. (Oh and for the zip code part just put in 5 random digits)

Thanks from the beaver boys

Well after two very tiresome evenings we eventually finished recording two tracks in Dublin..."Presumptions" and a new song called "Hats with Sticks", I'm really excited about the new one especially, they are being wisked off to America through email and all being well The Good Fight will have their first  release in the summer months.

In the meantime we have a few gigs coming up, and will have a few more to announce in the summer months as we are preparing to finish our education and then postpone careers as enginners and teachers. So heres a hearty cheer for those with rebellious hearts. In the meantime you can have a listen to this weeks Radio 1 podcast where General Fiasco (the biggest Rebels we know) choose 'Electric Flow', as on of their three favourite Northern Irish tracks of the moment. (Radio 1 Podcast).

See you at gigs Merry folk

Matthew McKee (our beloved bearded drummer) and The Good Fight have come to the end of the road. He has drummed with The Good Fight from the beginning where his beard was more of a light whispyness on his face but sadly for all of us he has decided to call it a day. Friday 13th March marks the last gig with The Good Fight as you know them...

...But do not fear...William Richie will be stepping in to fill the position with his first gig on 1st April in Dundalk followed by a Belfast date on 3rd April in Auntie Annies again.

We hope you will join with us in saying Fairwell to Matthew and Welcome to William
