I've had quite a few requests from friends and fans asking me to post my lyrics to our album, so without further ado, here you go...

Lost

Verse 1
I always, seem to, do my best under pressure,
When it, falls apart, it brings out my soul,
Times never, on my side, when things are going swell,
So I should do my best at setting myself, up for hell,

Chorus:
Why so lost, it’s so clear,
Stay on straight, and keep yourself from falling apart you gotta hold it strong, hold it strong, hold it strong,

Verse 2
I laugh, at those, who say they got a shitty hand,
You dealt yourself into this one pal and it’s, not the end,
Life always, hit’s a rut, that you had to dig,
So go on try and pull yourself out start before it, gets too late,

Chorus,

Bridge
Oh yeah, you told me, that I was the man, that I’d, come up, and take on the end, Oh I’ll hold, my head up, case I’ve got my shot, I won’t lose my edge no I’ll roll to the top, Oh yeah, you told me, that I was the man, that I’d come up, and take on the end!

Chorus

Just Say It

Verse 1

Hey babe don’t wait, time’s not here to stay, I know I got your trust girl, but love is on the way…
And how long will it be, til you don’t test me, til we got what is our fancy it’s right, yeah I’ll hold you tight, you’re the best that I’ve had in life, what’s yours, what’s mine, it’s love, it’s right, oh it’s right…
Hey babe don’t pray, love is here to stay, I know I trust my heart girl, and it’s got things to say…
Now I cannot see, cause you’re blinding me, it’ll last til the end we’ll be so tight, yeah we’ll take the night, grab a hold live it up it’s right, what’s yours, what’s mine, it’s love, it’s right oh it’s right….

Grey in the Sky

Verse 1

I’m running slow, I’m losing pace, I’m up for an hour, I’m still not awake, there’s grey in the sky, and I’m hoping it rains,
I face myself, but my mirror’s broke, so cheers to heath, and here’s to my hope, there’s grey in the sky, and I’m hoping it rains…
(and I’m hoping it rains)

Chorus
I can see you, want nothing left to do with me, it’s you verse me versus all things, there’s grey in the sky, and I’m hoping it rains…

Verse 2

So hers’ to the end, cause that’s what’s next, and cheers to friends, with plus benefits, there’s grey in the sky, and I’m hoping it rains…
Well I got my keys, and I got my heart, I take my seat. And I play my cards, there’s grey in the sky, and I’m hoping it rains…

Chorus
Solo,
Chorus

Bring You Home

I yelled it, I thought you’d listen, I felt it, a sudden loss of senses, it sure was something but it, it lacked a name, I’d call it loving but it, wasn’t the same…
I caught you looking, yeah I remember, the day we met, it was last September, it was your eyes that took mine, that’s the last that I remember of myself…

What did you put me through, can’t you tell me why,
When I told you that I loved you, did I not say it so right?

The day he came, to pick you up, you just left me there. I never felt so stuck, it was done in a way that I can’t believe, I’m holding on to, what I can’t see…
Your smile’s pure, cause the pain is over, that’s what ice is for, girl you can’t get colder, so I’ll wave goodbye I’ve got enough pride to swallow, girl it’s alright there is, always tomorrow…

Chorus
What did you put me through, can’t you tell me why,
When I told you that I loved you, did I not say it so right?
I hope to one day show you, that you where so wrong,
And on that day I will find you, I’ll bring you home…
Repeat…
Chorus

Overly Wasted

I got the taste of being overly wasted on a Sunday night, when I got work in the morning, don’t show haste it’s just a waste of the sunset, (waste of the sunset), A waste of the sunset, I show haste and it’s a race to the bedroom so I can wash up (before she gets up), there is a place that I can stay for the weekday, but I wouldn’t call that home…

Chorus
Why do I fall, I can’t be solved, why do I trust, myself not to cross, lines that you made, and things not to say, and there cannot be love if there is nothing more to trust than my shame…

I got in touch with what I wanted in real life, and next on my list is my trust, that’s trust for the fact that I can do what I feel like, and I don’t feel like much, do you want me to be myself or someone else, someone who doesn’t just run, and can’t you just see me and my dream of the big time, it’s mine and I know I won’t share

Chorus

Spare The Rod

Well I heard your poppa calling and I think he wants you back inside,
And I heard that things are getting rough for your family I hope everything is alright,
Say well my momma told me that your poppa just lost his job and that he’s hitting lows,
And as a child I’m not sure what that means but I think it means that he’s a throwing blows…
Chorus
Well you spare the rod, spoil the child, that’s the way that saying goes, I’m not sure, cause I got the ladder and I don’t think, anybody knows, go spare the rod, spoil the child, ain’t nothing like discipline, I’m glad I got the ladder, cause at least I know, that I can take a hit…

Well I heard your poppa calling and I think he wants you back in your house,
Yeah and it’s such a cryin shame I think your daddy beats your butt and slaps you on your mouth,
Well when your done getting beat come back outside and play if you can,
It’ll take your mind off the fact that your poppa likes to use his hands…
Chorus

Well I heard your poppa screamin last night when I was walking by on your street,
And I couldn’t help but notice them nice, new, pretty bruises right there on your cheek,
Well buddy I’m your friend I promise I won’t say a word if you wanna talk,
And I swear that I will be there any time you wanna leave your house and just take a walk…

Chorus

Hole In My Pocket

There’s a hole in my pocket that where I keep my change, everything I’ve had for the last couple of days, I’m just a little broke I’m tired today, I wish I had what was mine that must have fallen away, There’s a hole in my pocket

There’s a hole in my pocket sometimes it goes that way, when every intention is good, and you watch em, all slip away, when you, see what you doe wrong and it was yesterday, and you can’t afford to fix it uh uh no how no way, there’s a hole in my pocket

Well I’m standing at a payphone I got nothing to pay, what I wouldn’t give, to talk to you today, just to say, hey baby I’m do sorry but there’s this, hole in my pocket sometime it goes that way, there’s a hole in my pocket!

I can't seem to make a Venti Iced Coffee anywhere near as good as they do! What's the secret Starbucks?! And seriously... When are you guys (Starbucks) gonna make an extra large cup to go along with that sweet coffee you have? I'm sick of the Venti, it's just not enough! Follow in the steps of McDonalds and you shall succeed. I'm just gonna patiently wait for you to jump on the band wagon. I'm sure there will be a day when I can order a 44oz. Big Gulp of that sweet french roast, iced perfectly and blended with your simple syrup and half and half. Oh yes... that will be a good day.

If you really love me then you would . . . . request us on KRFC FM in Fort Collins.  The verdict is that they have our disc, and they should be reminded.  Music is not a Museum, it is a Gallery.  Help us sweep out some of the old, and rush in the new.  Call the studio at 970-221-5065 or just email the program director Dennis at dennis@krfcfm.org and tell him we need more left foot green.  "Hole in my Pocket", and "Just Say It", are two songs that they will play.  It would take you all of a minute to email him, and it could help make our career better.  Then you'll be able to say ,"I knew then when", and we'll be able to say, "thank you".  And don't forget, if you all help make us rock stars we promise to throw you all one hell of big party.  Really, you wont want to miss that one. So cheers, here it is again:  dennis@krfcfm.org or 970-221-5065.
Thanks Friends
