Current mood:  excited
What's up, everybody!?

Big news on the Millish homefront... Guitarist Jesse Mason will be a father! Just a few days ago his wife did her first ultrasound and they listened to the most amazing sound they've ever heard: their peppercorn-sized baby's hearthbeat.

Now to find out of Millish t-shirts (Millish T-Shirts) come in baby sizes... ;)

Love,
Millish

having lots of fun in the van.  wish you were here.  we've been listening to all kinds of music:  michael jackson, keith jarrett, herbie hancock, north indian music (south indian carnatic music soon i hope), wayne krantz, chris potter, madonna, gypsy music (musikasz, pachora, taraf de haiduks), ponco sanchez, tom waits...

we've also been going to lots of cities that i've never been in before, thanks to the van.  we've recently visited washington d.c., pittsburgh, st. louis, kansas city, milwaukee, and of course thomas, west virginia where we we played at a sweet little bar/coffee house called the purple fiddle and stood on some mountain cliffs the next morning in the blackwater falls national park.

so we're getting ready to record our next album (finally) and getting new music ready for playing.  we're very fortunate to have some amazing bass players playing with us lately (andrew kratzat and doug stuart).  they are both really amazing musicians and of course the bass adds a much needed element to our music.

hope to see you soon.  much love, and we all hate bush.
