The crisis in Congo has killed over 5 million people. And a year after major fighting in Goma, east Congo, hit the headlines, the situation in the country has only gotten worse.

Click here to sign our petition calling on the UN Security Council to work with the government of Congo to pursue a political as well as a military solution and to ensure that the Congolese national army are disciplined, accountable and complying with their obligation to protect civilians.

Thanks,

With the deadliest conflict since World War II still raging in Congo, rape as a weapon of war is being used on a scale not seen anywhere else in the world.

The US government is in a position to put a stop to the violence, but we need you to add your voice to those calling attention to it.

Click here to sign our petition calling on President-Elect Obama to announce his plan to end sexual violence in Congo.

Thanks,
