FINALLY -- a band name!!
Current mood:

excited

People always ask me, "what's your band called?"
To which I somewhat ashamedly reply, "it's just 'Stephanie Rooker'."

If you've experienced the full Stephanie Rooker band live, you know that the players are all nasty, heavy-hitting, masters of their instruments. They fuel the fire of this music and take it sky-high & beyond. So, you can understand why I always felt a little guilty not acknowledging/identifying the band with a name.

Well...finally...after hours of brainstorming, months of shooting down terrible titles, & years of just waiting for the right name to "come along"...we finally have it: a band name that (I think) really sums up what we're doing/about (& that has had the lowest band disapproval rating thus far).
