Hey Small Faces fans!

We have good news!  I heard from the UK distributor today about the delays some of you have experienced with DVD orders on Amazon.co.uk.  There was a temporary glitch with Amazon, and they ran out of stock in a matter of hours which triggered the automated response to customers.  Amazon has plenty of stock now and orders are being fulfilled this week.

US fans have been inquiring about the DVD. The NTSC copies are now shipping from the UK courtesy of the British Invasion website.  You can also sign up here for news alerts and exclusive content for members:

Here's the direct link to purchase NTSC copies (US/Canada):

http://www.metropolis-group.co.uk/shop.php?p=0&s=2

Mac will also get NTSC DVDs to autograph and sell on tour and online at macspages.com.  We’ll keep you posted when copies are available to order direct from Mac:  http://www.macspages.com/merch.htm

The producer has advised the US fans not to purchase the PAL version being sold in the UK since it will not work.  Unfortunately, the NTSC DVD format (for North American DVD players) will not go into nationwide distribution in the US until some time in March 2010.  For now, you can get the NTSC DVDs direct from the British Invasion site and coming soon from Mac!

We will continue to post news updates on Mac’s Facebook page.  Hope to see you there!

We are honored to be participating in “Daniel Pearl World Music Days” again this year!  Ian McLagan will be dedicating his show at the Belmont Hotel in Dallas (Oct 22) to this worldwide event spreading the message of harmony for humanity.

“A guy walks into a bar…”

An intimate evening with Ian McLagan

October 22, 2009  (doors 7:30pm, show 8:30pm)
Belmont Hotel
901 Fort Worth Avenue
Dallas, TX

Ian McLagan's performance will be dedicated to
Daniel Pearl World Music Days

Daniel Pearl was a newspaper reporter and a violin player who traveled the world and used music to make friends in many countries. In 2002, he was murdered by terrorists while investigating a story in Pakistan. His family decided to carry on Danny’s work and use music to help people learn to respect each other and honor diversity. October 10 was Danny’s birthday, and this performance is part of Daniel Pearl World Music Days. This month, in all over the world, musicians of all kinds are dedicating concerts to our shared belief that even though we may have different races, religions or ethnic backgrounds, we can all work together to achieve a better, hate free world for everyone. Join us in helping to spread harmony for humanity.
