As some of you know....back in July of 2007 Stereopticon to a short break.  During that break MonkeyPod was revisited, and was also short lived.  In April of 2008 Stereopticon decided it was time to start playing together again.  Only this time rather than put our focus on getting out live we decided to really tune into our music.  We wanted to get to know each one of of tunes inside and out, and really be passionate about all of them.  We spent 7 long months in our studio twice a week for as many hours as we could squeeze in.  We broke down every song to make sure we were getting what we wanted, in some cases we changed things, some things stayed the same.  Finally this fall (2008) We hit the mark we had been searching for.  We are now confident that we are where we want to be with each song.  Now it is time to play them for you.  We are extremely excited to get back out there.  With a few shows booked at the moment we plan on carrying this momentum for as long as possible.  We appreciate all of the support we get from our fans who have been very patient.  Everytime I'm out and about I always get the question "Hey when are you guys gonna play again?" Well the answer is NOW.  We can't wait to see you at a show.  Drop us a line some time, we love to hear from you!
