a thought came over my mind, (this is unusual), that I have alot of good friends here on myspace. We all have PC's, and a place to live, and most have jobs, (when were not on the PC). We are from all around the World, different walks of life, different cultures & backgrounds, different colors of skin, and various religions. But still,
we all have so much in common! We also have so much to be thankful for!
Each day I am here at my place of business, there are so many of what I call Street People, that walk by my shop, jobless, hopeless, some homeless, and the majority of them are just looking for handouts, (or something to steal), so they can buy another fix. I have had many close personal friends in my long life, that have gone this road to drugs, and even though I still love them all, I realize they have ruined their lives, and I always feel so helpless myself, because I cannot do anything to help them. What hurts most, is that most of them are such wonderful, beautiful people, who have hearts as big as Texas!
I have drank alot of beer, & I have had a dubie from time to time in my life. But, the Lord above, has protected me from the really bad stuff, & for that I am thankful, for if it weren't for that, I would not have you'all, & would probably, also, be a Street Person!
