So, I just seen the trailer for the HalloweeN remake...
I am strangely intrigued. I hate the fact that the movie was being remade in the first place, but I do like the trailer. Now I sort of can't wait to see it to see how either Great or Shit it is going to be. It cannot be in between.

Bob Clark, director of such films as 'Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things', 'Black Christmas' and 'A Christmas Story', was killed by a fucking drunk driver yesterday morning at 2am. What a loss to the film community just because of some drunk idiot. He will be missed by so many.

Today is the last day of my internship at Persalvic. Man do I hate the fact of not seeing those kids on a weekly basis. I am ready for a break, but I will forever hold a place in my heart for each and every child in my grade 5A class. I wish them all the best with the time they have left in grade 5.

Current mood:  sick
Man do I hate the idea of Halloween being remade.

On a lighter note, I have only two weeks left to my internship. It's been going great and I am definately going to miss my class. I am ready to start teaching on my own though in my own classroom. I enjoy autonomy. Even though on my last evaluation, my cooperating teacher gave me an outstanding evaluation saying that I was excelling during my progression of learning first hand the pros and cons of teaching, but I still feel under the microscope when I teach having her there. I feel comfortable having control of the class on my own and feel I teach more naturally and fluently if she goes out of the class to do something leaving me on my own. Don't get me wrong, she's an amazing teacher and a huge influence on the way I teach and I have learned a lot from her, but I want to work now on my own. That will come soon enough I guess.

P.S. Having a head cold and sneezing every two seconds while trying to teach is no fun.
