Many sources, including Ra , Edgar Cayce, and others, say that the Oneness essentially got bored or lonely. It needed to do something. It needed to create. It wasn't feeling complete just by having this unified consciousness all the time.

So it conceptualised the idea of breaking Itself up into all these parts, knowing that the parts would be able to evolve by their own free will, making their own decisions. Things would happen that the Oneness was not yet able to understand or comprehend. The parts would have essentially their own creative ability. They would be

Co-Creators

The Great Plan was that at the end, after this entire cycle of universal evolution was complete, all of the parts that had evolved on their own would independently recognize their God Consciousness, renounce separation, embrace unity, and return to the totality of Oneness. The One Creator from that very fact would be highly enhanced, because all of this wonderful creative stuff had transpired in that transition from ''One'' to ''many'' and back to ''One.''

So God is evolving, and not some static Being that just sits there and waits for everybody to catch up. God is experiencing our evolution with us.

Galaxies were the first Beings

My understanding is that God's first manifestations of separate beings are what we call galaxies.

Each galaxy is sort of like a person. The universe is composed of many billions of galaxies, so it would be the equivalent of many Earths' worth of human beings, which is not inconceivable to conceptualise.

Each one of those galaxies is capable of sprouting an entire system of stars from itself. Each one of those stars is the equivalent of a being, and then each one of those stars is capable of giving birth to planets, and each one of those planets is a being. And each one of those planets, potentially, can be populated with intelligent life.

So this is where you really get into the idea that the universe is an Ultimate Being and there are various gradations of beings that step down from that Oneness. The primary being that we here on Earth identify with would be the Galaxy. Ra refers to
the Galaxy as the Logos. Our Galaxy has a personality, a particular way of seeing how it's going to create conscious beings that will evolve and return to God Consciousness.

Our Galaxy's own template for evolution is to produce human beings, and all of the stars are precisely tuned with the proper energy waves to insure that this will happen quite on its own, by the natural physics of the situation. Let me see if I can explain this in scientific terms.

The Galaxy and Harmonic Resonance

We know that the Sun is actively pumping out spiralling energy waves that drive the planets and moons in their respective orbits. Both Bode's Law and the new Stoneking Resonance theories show that the planets are spaced out in the natural Diatonic
musical proportions relative to each other. The very first extra-solar planetary system
that we discovered, which was around pulsar B1257+12, also shows these same proportions. The proportional phenomenon supports the idea that every star is pumping out energy waves that create similar planetary systems, as this kind of resonance obviously could not be caused by random groupings of gas and dust.

Then, just like the principles of a hologram or a fractal, within the larger waves from the Sun are subtler, smaller waves. And these are also based on the same musical principles. They all branch out, forming waves upon waves and getting smaller and
smaller.

The Galaxy is ''tuned'' to form DNA

In the optimal planetary system, where there are no major cataclysms or interruptions, there is a specific distance from the Sun where the tiniest spiralling waves will gather a planet's natural materials together to form the DNA molecules of life. The DNA is the wave, and the wave is the DNA.

That DNA is formed in the process of planetary evolution may sound ridiculous, but it can effectively be proven by something known as the DNA Phantom effect. Dr. Vladimir Poponin put DNA in a tube and shone a laser through it, and to his surprise he realized that it actually captured the light and caused it to spiral through the helix, as if it were a crystal. Even more amazingly, when Dr. Poponin removed the DNA, the light continued spiralling on its own!

For light to form a DNA helix on its own should of course be impossible - unless the light itself had become harmonically tuned to some naturally existing frequency in the energy of space around it. To me, this says that the spiralling light energy of DNA was there first, and the physical molecules simply formed around the spiralling energy once the planet was at the proper frequency position. The Galaxy is ''tuned'' to form human DNA in planetary systems wherever it gets the chance.

Darwin's theories are being disproved

The theory of the Evolution of Species is being disproved because the DNA molecule is just too complicated to have arisen by ''natural mutations.'' Dr. Crick, one of the original discoverers of the DNA molecule, later proved mathematically that it is
absolutely impossible for evolution to have ever even begun to produce DNA in the short amount of history that we have as a planet.

We are ''moving on up'' energetically

So now, we are moving into a new position. Microbiology experts tell us that 97 percent of our DNA is apparently un-used, but I have been told that more and more of the chain is ''unzipping'' for those who are able to handle the new fourth-density energy structure. These people may not physically look any different, except perhaps more attractive in subtle ways, but internally they will develop greater depths of emotion, perception, intuition, and sensitivity.

Some of the younger people will actually develop telekinesis or the ability to ''see dead people.'' Many others often find that their bodies will no longer tolerate foods of lower vibration, and they are impelled to eat diets high in fresh organic fruits and vegetables.

So as you drift farther away from your parent star, your planet enters into different vibrational energies and will support life in higher densities.

As Ra explains, there is an Octave of eight major densities. This is the same as if you played the white keys on the piano, the Diatonic scale. The Octave can also be broken down into a system of 13, which can be seen by playing the Chromatic scale of white and black keys together. There are many densities within densities. Each of these vibratory frequencies corresponds to a specific plane of existence - and/or a specific level of consciousness.

Another teaching of Ra is that all people have higher selves, a sixth-density future incarnative self that is guiding their life and guiding their physical incarnation from the
future. The Higher Self basically says, ''Look, I know that you're going to evolve to become me. I'm looking back into my past at myself, but I also know that you have free will. I don't necessarily know all the choices that you will make on a day-by-day basis to eventually get to be me, where I am now. So I'm going to help you get to this point. I'm going to show you how to get to where I am, knowing that it's myself that's evolving.''

That is what dreams are.

Many of us are aware of the Mayan calendar but not many people truly understand what it means and how it works. Yes, the calendar does end on December 21, 2012, but what does that mean? How does it come to that? What is the calendar based on?

The Mayans had a very precise understanding of our solar system's cycles and believed that these cycles coincided with our spiritual and collective consciousness. The most significant of these cycles has much to do with the 2012 prophecies. In the following writing, we will walk through the main details of their prophecies surrounding the 2012 transition. We'll cover how the transition takes place (from an astronomical perspective), what it means for us, and when the cycles take place. We'll start with the basic prophecies and later move deeper into the explanation of the cycles.

The Mayans prophesied that from 1999 we have 13 years to realize the changes in our conscious attitude, to stray from the path of self-destruction and instead move onto a path that opens our consciousness to integrate us with all that exists.

The Mayans knew that our Sun, or Kinich-Ahau, synchronized every so often with the enormous central galaxy. From this central galaxy, the Sun receives a 'spark' of light, which caused it to shine more intensely, producing what our scientists call 'solar flares' as well as changes in the Sun's magnetic field. The Mayans say that this happens every 5,125 years, and that it causes a displacement in the earths rotation. Because of this movement, they predicted that great catastrophes would be produced.

The Mayans believed the universal processes, like the 'breathing' of the galaxy, are cycles that never change. What changes is the consciousness of man that passes through it, always in a process toward perfection. Based on their observations, the Mayans predicted that from the initial date of the start of their civilization, 4 Ahau, 8 Cumku, which is 3113 B.C., one cycle would be completed 5,125 years in their future, on December 21st, 2012. The Sun, having received a powerful ray of synchronizing light from the center of the galaxy, would change its polarity, producing a great cosmic event that would propel human kind to be ready to cross into a new era, The Golden Age. It is after this, the Mayans say, we will be ready to go through the door that was left by them, transforming our civilization from one based on fear to a vibration much higher in harmony.

Only from our individual efforts could we avoid the path to great cataclysm that our planet will suffer to start a new era, the sixth cycle of the Sun. The Mayan civilization was in the fifth cycle of the Sun, and there were four other great civilizations before them that were destroyed by great natural disasters. They believed that each cycle was just one stage in the collective consciousness of humanity.

In the last cataclysm of the Mayans, the civilization was destroyed by a great flood that left little survivors of which were their descendants. They believed that having known the end of their cycle, mankind would prepare for what is to come in the future and it is because of this that they would have preserved the dominant species; the human race. They say that coming changes will permit us to make a quantum leap forward in the evolution of our consciousness to create a new civilization that would manifest great harmony and compassion to all humankind.

Their first prophecy talks about 'The Time of No-Time', a period of 20 years, which they call a Katún, which is the last 20 years of the Sun's 5,125 year cycle. This cycle is from 1992 - 2012. I'll explain this in greater detail later. They predicted that during these times, solar winds would become more intense and could be seen on the Sun. This would be a time of great realization and great change for mankind, and it would be our own lack of preservation and contamination of the planet that would contribute to these changes. According to the Mayans, these changes would happen so that mankind comprehends how the universe works so we could advance to superior levels, leaving behind superficial materialism and liberating ourselves from suffering.

The Mayans say that seven years after the start of Katún, so 1999, we would enter a time of darkness which would force us to confront our own conduct. The say that this is the time when mankind will enter 'The Sacred Hall of Mirrors', where we will look at ourselves and analyze our behaviors with ourselves, with others, with nature and with the planet in which we live. This will be a time in which all of humanity, by individual conscious decisions, decides to change and eliminate fear and lack of respect from all of our relationships. The Mayans prophesied that the start of this period would be marked by a solar eclipse on August 11, 1999, known to them as 13 Ahau, 8 Cauac. This also would coincide with an unprecedented planetary alignment, the 'Grand Cross' alignment. This would be the beginning of the last 13 years of the Katún period, the last opportunity for our civilization to realize the changes that are coming at the moment of our spiritual regeneration.

For the Mayans, everything is numbers and the time of the 13 sacred numbers started in August 1999. They predicted that along with the eclipse, the forces of nature would act like a catalyst of changes so accelerated and with such magnitude that mankind would be powerless against them. Also, that our technologies in which we rely on so much would begin to fail us. We would no longer be able to learn from our civilization in the way that we are organized as a society. They said that our internal, spiritual development would require a better place along with a better way to interact with more respect and compassion.

The first prophecies were attained by their study of our Sun. The Mayans discovered that the entire solar system moved, and that even our universe has its own cycles, repetitive periods which begin and end like our day and night. These discoveries lead to the understanding that our solar system always rotates on an ellipse that brings our solar system closer and further from the center of the galaxy. In other words, according to the Mayans, our Sun and all of its planets rotate in cycles in relation to the center of the galaxy or Hunab-Kú, the central light of the galaxy. It takes 25,625 years for our solar system to make one cycle on this ellipse. One complete cycle is called a galactic day. The cycle is divided into two halves similar to our day and night. The half closest to the central light, is our solar system's 'day' and the half furthest away is its 'night'. Each day and each night lasts 12,800 years. Which is to say, the central galaxy is the Sun for our entire solar system.

The Mayans discovered that every grand cycle has its minor cycles, that carry the same characteristics. One galactic day of 25,625 years is divided into five cycles of 5,125 years. The first cycle is the galactic morning, when our solar system is just coming out of the darkness to enter the light. The second cycle is the mid-day, when our solar system is closest to the central light. The third cycle is the afternoon, when our solar system begins to come out of the light. The fourth cycle is the late-night, when our solar system has entered its furthest cycle from the central light. The fifth and last cycle is night before dawn, when our solar system is in its last cycle of darkness before starting again. This is the cycle we are currently coming out of.

The Mayan prophecy tells us that in 1999, our solar system began to leave the end of the fifth cycle which started in 3113 B.C., and that we find ourselves in the morning of our galactic day, exiting darkness and on the verge of being in plain day of our central galaxy in 2012. They say that at the beginning and end of these cycles, which is to say, every 5,125 years, the central sun or light of the galaxy emits a ray of light so intense and so brilliant that it illuminates the entire universe. It is from this burst of light that all of the Suns and planets sync. The Mayans compare this burst to the pulse of the universe, beating once every 5,125 years. It is these pulses that mark the end of one cycle and the beginning of the next. Each pulse lasts 20 years, a Katún.

So we come back to what they call 'The Time of No Time'. It is an evolutionary period; short but intense, inside the grand cycles where great changes take place to thrust us into a new age of evolution as individuals and as mankind.

As individuals, we will have to make decisions that will affect us all. If we continue on this negative path of hate, an eye for an eye, destruction of nature, of fear and egoism, we will enter straight into the time of destruction and chaos, and we will disappear as the dominant race of this planet. If we become conscious and realize that we all form part of a great organism, and that we should respect one another and be grateful to our planet, then we will move directly into positive growth, our Golden Age. Our planet, the Sun and the Galaxy are awaiting our decision. It is up to us what will happen in this time of change-- whether we go through a time of suffering and destruction or we find ourselves united in one positive consciousness moving closer to our next stage.

The IRS declares in various documents that the income tax is "voluntary." And in Flora v. U.S. (1960), the Supreme Court announced, "Our system of taxation is based upon voluntary assessment and payment."

Some of you read this and think, well I want to pay income tax because that money pays for schools and our highways, etc...

Education is paid for by local property taxes. The tax on gasoline pays for America's highways. After interests payments and government waste, not one penny collected from the tax on your labors pays for the services you expect from the government.

Bob Schulz, We the People Foundation, "The amount of money that we spend on defense is exactly equal to the amount of corporate income tax, which is quite legal and quite constitutional."

In 2005 the legal corporate income tax collected was $278.3 billion. The illegal tax on our labor collected was $927.2 billion.

Catherine Austim Fitts, Former Asst. Secretary of Housing, "In fiscal '99 the Department of Defense had 1.1 trillion of undocumentable adjustments. The following year they had 2.3 trillion of undocumentable adjustments."

Undocumentable adjustments means the money is missing.

In a letter to Tom Selgas of the Tax Honesty Movement, Daniel Inouyes of the Unite States Senate wrote, "Based on research performed by the Congressional Research Service, there is no provisions which specifically and unequivocally require an individual to pay an income tax."

Research this on your own. Talk to others about it. Become informed. Make a decision.
More and more unsettling truths are beginning to surface and it is our duty as human beings to learn from this information and act accordingly. The only thing worse than not knowing, is knowing and doing nothing.

Everyone has dreams, but not everyone remembers them. Dreams have been described as a phenomenon of sleep were the dreamer is manifesting thoughts and experiences based on what thoughts and experiences already exist in their mind. If that's all there was too it, there would be no need for this blog. But, of course, here we are and here we go.

Let's start first with some common types of dreams. There are wish-fulfillment dreams, nightmares, reoccurring dreams, vivid dreams, lucid dreams, premonitions and extra-dimensional dreams. Most dreams are just "normal" dreams, which our subconscious mind is trying to make our conscious mind aware of certain issues or dilemmas in our lives, using symbolic details in order to help us overcome and move forward. Most of the time our subconscious knows what is really going on within ourselves, but our conscious mind is too full of clutter from our daily lives that we don't notice.

Let's back up a little. Our 'selves' consist of 3 different levels of consciousness. We have our conscious minds, which is everything we are aware of and what we use to think in our daily, waking life. Next, we have our subconscious mind, which consists of our deep emotions and unresolved issues or dilemmas. This is the mind we use mostly when dreaming. And last, we have our unconscious mind. This is were we derive our intuition, premonitions, and here is where we find our true, inner self... ego free. It is important to understand these three levels of consciousness in order to better understand ourselves and our dreams. Most of us primarily use our conscious minds during our waking life and our subconscious minds during sleep, so we will discuss these first.

The reason a lot of people don't remember their dreams is because their levels of consciousness are far apart. The memories of our dreams lie in our subconscious minds, and when we wake up, if we are too detached from our different levels of consciousness, our dream memories almost never reach our conscious minds. Therefore we don't remember the dreams. As we begin to bring these levels closer together, it becomes easier to retain the memories.

The distance between our levels of consciousness is also why some of us have a memory of a dream but begin to forget it as we wake up. We are in our subconscious minds in our sleep therefore our memories of our dreams are also in this mind set. As we begin to wake, we also begin to transfer from our subconscious mind to our conscious minds. In this shift, these two levels of our mind overlap, so we are aware of being conscious at the same time that we are aware of the dream memories. As the shift continues we begin to get closer to our conscious minds and further from our subconscious minds, leaving our dream memories behind. This is why it is always recommended to write down dreams as soon as you wake up.

If we learn to bring our subconscious minds closer to our conscious minds, we will remember more dreams. This works both ways, so if having these two levels closer together helps us remember our dreams when we are awake, it also helps us become conscious when we are dreaming. This brings us to lucid dreams. Lucid dreams happen when the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. These dreams can sometimes be controlled and are usually also vivid as a result of us being aware. Vivid dreams are in much more detail and seem more real. Most lucid dreams are vivid, but not all vivid dreams are lucid. Our minds in our dreams usually don't question reality because our brains normal perceptual process is inactive while we dream. In other words, what we see and experience in our dreams does not go through the same perceptual process it would go through when we are awake. This is why dreams can seem real. It is also because of this that we can train ourselves to have lucid dreams, to realize when we are "in" a dream.

How can we question if we are dreaming or not if we are not aware that we are in a dream? The trick is to constantly question reality when we are awake. In dreams, fine print or clocks are unstable, therefore they usually can't maintain their consistency. Also, light levels usually can not be changed because light in dreams is a symbol to let us know if we see what is going on or not. Therefore changing it would change the meaning of the dream and we can not do this. We can use this to our advantage. For example, if we train ourselves to question whether we are dreaming when we are awake by flicking a light switch, staring at a clock and counting the seconds or reading fine print a couple times, it will raise our awareness level in dreams as well. Do this until it becomes second nature to question whether you are dreaming or not. Most of the time we will assure ourselves that we are awake, but when it becomes a habit to question our dream state, you might find yourself doing it in a dream. When this happens you will, like always before, assume you are awake, except this time, the light might not turn on or off, the clock will not work normally, or the fine print will not stay the same. This will trigger your conscious mind to become active, and you will now be aware in your dream.

Our unconscious mind is the deepest part of our 'selves'. This is the part of us that is interconnected with everything. Global consciousness is a result of this part of our mind. Intuition, premonitions, and our true inner selves lie in this part of our consciousness. It is the most difficult part of ourselves to consciously tap into. We are either born already at this level, or we attain it through discipline and practice. Our unconscious minds hold many abilities and wonders. When we tap into this level in our dreams, we are able to attain new information, or see people or places we could not otherwise see, where time and space are not a factor. We can learn, travel, heal and grow in these dreams.

There are many ways to bring our three levels of consciousness together. As we do this, we will begin to have a better understanding of life and more importantly, ourselves. Imagine ourselves with these three levels together as one. Imagine that we are always conscious when we dream and always aware of our emotions and dilemmas when we are awake. Always guided by our unconscious minds, having universal understanding in all aspects of our lives, while we are awake in this physical world or awake in the cosmic, dream world.

Dreams go as deep as you want them to go. Whether we know it or not, we are all able to achieve these dreams. As our consciousness continues to shift forward, we will continue to experience and accomplish more in and with our dreams.

Globalization stirs debate for some people and more so for some nations. While the concept of one world united on an industrial, financial, and political level may have its pros and cons, it seems that cultural and informational globalization is already well underway.

The internet plays a big role in all this. The idea that any information can be viewed almost anywhere in the world instantaneously is making our world seem smaller. No longer does distance mean separation. This blog itself can be viewed and shared alike from almost anywhere on the planet within seconds of being posted. And with more and more sites and services like MySpace and YouTube taking advantage of the demand for sharing and networking, it seems obvious that our generation already has a global mentality. Our laws are struggling to keep up and control this digital globalization. Whether it be Net Neutrality, DRM, GSM or just finding ways to enforce rules of conduct on virtual world simulation games, it has become clear that we are striving to be connected and have access to everyone and everything. Copyright and pirating infringement has never been a bigger issue. Most people naturally want to share everything, but money is beginning to get in the way of this positive change. Of course many people fall victim to these violations, but only because our system is not designed to support or even encourage any product or service if the producers can't profit; regardless of how beneficial it may be. So what do we do? How do we progress?

This transition seems to be a natural progression as a result of advancing technologies that make our world a smaller place. But it seems this furtherance is rapidly becoming the new system amongst the people, while the political leaders struggle to keep control and the corporations adjust accordingly to benefit as best they can. Globalization is here whether we like it or not, but the powers that be have been caught off guard.

While corporations and political leaders squander over the details, easier travel and communication between countries and regions continues to force globalization to be a plan of action and not so much a discussion or debate. Foreign policy, among other things, may be at risk but the alternative may be more beneficial for everyone in time so long as everyone is informed of this transition and we adjust fairly, which so far doesn't seem to be the case.

Many organizations are being formed to discuss this inevitability, because for the most part, the majority of people are not aware of the issue and what this all means to them.

Whether we are aware of it or not, globalization is becoming a reality and it will continue to change the modern corporate direction and international relations. All we can hope for is that our ability to globalize as a people continues to progress, and while nations and corporations fight, people become closer.

It is frustrating to have an energy crisis on our hands when so many solutions are out there. Global Warming continues to get worse while people argue about whether or not it is even real. Those in a position to do anything about it refuse to acknowledge the severity of the issue because the alternatives are not profitable. Al Gore said it best in his documentary, "It's hard to get someone to understand when their salary depends on them not understanding"

Some of you might have already heard of zero-point energy. In a nutshell, it is the lowest possible amount of energy after gain or loss a machine/device can use or output. In theory, like perpetual motion, if something can output more energy than it needs to run, it can produce 'free energy'.

This concept is not possible in a closed-world scenario since it would break the second law of thermodynamics which states: Energy cannot be created or destroyed, but since all electric devices operate in a bigger system, they can use the external energy in it. Zero-point energy does not mean extract energy from nowhere, it means that there is more energy as output than as input. A clear example of zero-point energy are the turbines in a water damn. This water had been previously moved from the sea to the top of the mountain because of heat in the atmosphere. The energy had always been there, it has not been created.

Another source of zero-point energy is the quantum vacuum, empty space. I don't want to go into too much detail for fear of missing the point, which is that solutions to our energy crisis are out there, and the major contributers to these projects are mostly independent sources and intrigued scientist. In other words, it's up to us to find alternatives or solutions to our problems, and it's time to stop taking everything we hear as the final word. It is not in the best interest of those that tell the world how things are to reveal such information.

The purpose of this blog was just to shed some light on the idea that most of our detrimental problems already have answers and we still have much to learn, but our main global issues are primitive in nature.

Zero-point energy is one of many concepts that can find it's way to our market with awareness and the right support.

The idea of an apocalypse has almost reached trendy. It might be the only thing that most religions are agreeing on. As to what is to happen... well, one can wait and see. In the meantime, what are we supposed to do?

Not often does the subject come up in casual conversation, and if some even considers it worthy of preparation, they don't talk about it. A lot of people feel that we are coming to a turning point for our world and many of those same people continue living as if everything is going to be fine. With increases of natural disasters and stronger storms caused by global warming, countries with their fingers on the triggers and epidemics popping up it's not uncommon to think that things are getting rough. Yet still, people do nothing.

The government actually started a 'Ready' campaign in early 2003. With a website and commercials telling families what to do; which most people are probably unaware of.

With 3 simple sections... America, Business and Kids. Of course the government does not want to push this too much. The idea that a government is telling it's people to prepare for the unexpected would startle some citizens. And the last thing a government that relies on it's people being blissfully unaware to follow through with their agendas, is to have it's people scared looking to the government for help, therefore being to distracted to continue being honest, patriotic consumers.

Step 1 for businesses on the ready.gov website is... Are you ready for this... "Plan To Stay in Business". We can't stop working, that would weaken our economy and the government doesn't want that. The generic procedures of having food, water, batteries, and a safe place seem almost like a false sense of security, but at least they can't say they didn't warn us. But how effective is this campaign?

Most people barely even prepare for the hurricanes until the day before. If our country were to be attacked, or if another hurricane/earthquake/flood/heat wave/epidemic/tornado, etc... were to catch us off guard. How many of us can say, "We are ready." And honestly, how does one prepare themselves and their loved ones for a 'terrorist attack'?

The idea of an apocalypse might seem far fetched for some, but with all the events taking place around the world (political, natural, sociological, etc.) it seems almost a better idea to just prepare for the worst and hope for the best. You definitely wouldn't be the only one.
