Kings Die Kings launched their debut full-length EP 'The Onus' - produced by Jamie Watson (The Vaselines, Idlewild, Snow Patrol) at Chamber Studios, Edinburgh - on 18.04.08 with two successful launch nights at Cabaret Voltaire, Edinburgh and Nice'n'Sleazy, Glasgow. The band premiered new material as well as the four songs from The Onus: 'Exhibitionist/Instigator, Anticipate, In The Grips and traditional set closer The Onus.

More live appearances to promote The Onus are planned, beginning with a pair of shows in Edinburgh at The Hive and The Ark in May 2008 followed by an appearance at The Leith Festival on 4 June 2008, see Leith Festival for more information.

Kings Die Kings are also planning an autumn 2008 tour around new material - check the website for details soon - a show at Barrowlands 2 is already confirmed for August 2008.

The Onus is available free from the bands website at Kings Die Kings as well as Avalanche Edinburgh & Glasgow, One Up Records Aberdeen, Groucho's Dundee and RPM Newcastle.

Kings Die Kings were announced XFM Uploaded Artist Of The Week on Thursday 22 March, where new track 'Error Of Our Ways' was aired on consecutive nights by XFM Scotland's Music:Response with Martin Bate.
