Greetings my myspace page and blog visitor: I just wanted to update you that I am focusing on another business than what you use to see posted on my page. What I like most is the human studies supporting this juice. Feel free to ask me about it. Sincerely, Sarah

Good news. I am open for business in Australia and New Zealand. I can now recommend products to people I meet from these countries. Currently I can only recommend from my product line the Crave Energy Drink, but that is a great start.
So if you or someone you know are from Australia or New Zealand and looking to start your own business or for a boost of energy, let me know how I can help.
Crave is a great on the go energy drink that gives you the boost without the crash, headaches or jitters that most energy drinks are known to do. So if you seek an alternative to the major energy drinks, try Crave Energy Drink!

Hello my reader:
Just want to share a something I read in the Breakthroughs In Health magazine that came out October 2006 (volume 1 issue 3).
There's an article entitled "Fucoidan: Your Key to Wellness From the Sea" and on page 11 there is a section "Why Wait When There's Limu?" and I thought that is an awesome question, which they wonderfully answered.
Here is there answer in the first paragraph of this section:
"While the scientific community continues to try to unravel this natural marvel, limu is available and can be incorporated into your diet immediately, conferring its benefits on a daily basis. Why wait until you need a fucoidan-based drug when you may lower your risk for cancer, bolster your immune system, protect against viral and bacterial infection, lower your blood pressure, stabilize your blood sugar and provide an overall sense of well-being and optimal health with limu as an important part of your daily diet?"
This magazine has been a wonderful resource for me to learn more about the benefits of limu, especially since I drink Limu Plus and recommend it to others.
If you would like to know more about the benefits of Limu Plus, please message me privately.
Sincerely, Sarah

From my Vitamark International Newsletter I would like to share some guidance of products I can offer you & take myself via Vitamark to help guard health during these winter months. Winter Emergency Preparedness from News Department It is that time of year when we need to take extra precautions to guard our health. What can we do to assist our critical Immune function and fight colds and flu? To assist Immune function: Adults should take 2 VitaMune® 3 times a day (a little more than normal--but these are challenging times). To further assist with maintenance of your good health, add Limu Plus® at 2 oz and C-Crystals at 1/4 tsp 3times a day. * Children 12-17 can take 2 VitaMune® twice a day plus 1 oz of Limu Plus®, 1/8 tsp of C-Crystals 3 times a day. * Children 3-11 can take 1 VitaMune® twice a day plus 1/2 oz of Limu Plus®, 1/4 tsp of C-Crystals once a day. * Children younger than 3 can take 1 VitaMune®, 1 tsp of Limu Plus®, 1/4 tsp of C-Crystals* If you develop health concerns double your C-Crystals and Limu Plus®. Add Garlic Super Potency(Adults 1 X 3) (3-17 yrs 1 X2) (under 3yrs- 1). VitaMune® (Adults 6 X 3) (12-17 yrs 4 X 3) (7-11 yrs 3 X 3) (3-6 yrs 2 X 3) and (under 3- 1 X 3). * Remember to drink lots of fluids. Also add Sunjing - use it on sore muscles, headaches and other aches and pains. Give every member of your family his or her own bottle. With the camphor, it will be like their personal vaporizer, you can even put his or her name right on the front. Your best defense is to have a healthy body! Believe it or not, in all the great epidemics and pandemics of the past, the major difference in life or death was attributed to the condition of the individual's immune system. * It is advisable to monitor all health concerns and seek the advice of your health care professional. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Hope you find this helpful. My link to my vitamark site is http://richnwell.vitamark.com

We did something different & interesting as part of our New Year celebration this year. We took 1 piece of paper, folded it in half, then on 1 half we wrote everything we wanted to remove from 2007 and on the other half wrote everything we would like to accomplish for 2008. Then at about 11pm we gathered together to rip 2007 from 2008, crumble the 2007 half of the paper and put it to be burned away. So it's off to a new beginning for 2008! This is my first post for this year and I will be blogging more often. My very first blog I wrote was thought of around this time last year... I took forever to get it fully written and posted, I think it's a very nice post... for reflection and thought, basically a journal entry. The link to it is below so you can read it and I welcome comments! New Beginnings post from 2006HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hope 2008 for you turns out great!

Hello SarahsSoapBox at myspace fans! hehe I just wanted to share with you a young mans goals that were shared with me recently by his grandmother, if you care to help especially if you are in their area, please contact me or comment below. Thanks. The message is as follows. I think he set a great goal and God bless him in this endeavor! Dear Friends and Family,
I have decided that for the next 6 months I'm going to tackle starvation in Greene County, IA. If that doesn't succeed in that amount of time, it will go longer. If it does, in the next 6 months I'm going to tackle starvation in Iowa. If that succeeds I'm going to spend two years tackling country wide starvation. If I'm satisfied with what I do in that two years I'm going to tackle WORLD STARVATION in five years. I have faith in myself and I hope people will spread what I'm trying to do. Did you know that there are 22 countries that have vowed to donate 0.7% of there income to world starvation? 5 countries set a goal and succeeded. 7 countries haven't even set a goal and guess what, our country is one of those that hasn't set a goal. I hope you guys try to get people to help me with this. I dont care if it's people to cheer me on or people that will actually have hands on work with this. my favorite quote says " A Man Stands Up For Himself but, A Stronger Man Stands Up For Others." Im taking a step of faith and being the stronger man by helping starving people and I want everyone to do the same. As I type this email people are dying. It took me 15 mins to type this and someone dies every 2 secs. So let it sink in and tell me what you think or can do to help.
Sincerely, D.C.
