Hi.

 My apologies that you have to read this email so late but we have been waiting to get updates from various news sources regarding the severe weather we have been having here in England & Wales & also for updates from Easyjet.
 
It is with much regret that I have to tell you we have to cancel the show tomorrow due to various reasons :-
 
1. For me there is no possible way now to get to Luton Airport as all daytime & overnight Coach services are suspended.
 
2. Two of our guys are blocked in by snow in the place where they live in Wales & they have been waiting for emergency services to clear the roads but there have been big problems with the local authority's doing that & as it is they still cannot get out onto the main roads to try and get to Luton, which is 5 hours drive for them.
 
3. The Severn bridge connecting Wales to England is closed (or at least it was!).
 
4. We have talked with Easyjet earlier this evening & they could not guarantee that the flight will depart tomorrow as alot of flights are still subject to big delays or cancellations. If the flight is cancelled then you can get a full refund on the tickets.
 
5. Overnight weather conditions on the roads are extremely dangerous & there has been warnings on the local news channel that all drivers are advised to stay off the roads due to icy conditions. 
Seriously, even if it was possible, it would be very dangerous for us to even attempt to drive to Luton & thus putting ourselves at risk.
 
We really have exhausted every possible solution to this fucked up situation but unfortunately there is not one good one for any of us.
 
It doesn't make us happy for us to cancel the show but we have no option left & we are all sincerely sorry for the final outcome as we were all looking forward to coming to Portugal.
 
We hope it all goes well for you tonight & that people are understanding of our situation.
