Hello Ticklers,
Sexy shattering news on the Tickles front. Space guitarist Maxim Glitzer has moved Eastward, back to Stuttgardt to pursue his experimental techniques.

Writer of the song "Can You Taste Outer Space" and another Tickles favorite "Verdamnt", He shall be missed and a quick sonic embrace goes out to him!

However, despair not---for the six stringed devil shall be plucked again by founding member of the Neu Tickles, Wilhelm Von Weissewasser. See sexy below...

YOU WON THE RACE!!!


The Neu Tickles happily and sexily announce the online release of our first English language album, "Neu Tickles Are Here" available on iTunes, Napster, and emusic!!  

Exercise your freedom and DOWNLOAD IT NOW!!!


For those who were following our battle (read our other blogs), we received a really cool response from Apple.  They had been told (lies) that our album actually broke the law!  They then had to review it, after which they said these accusations were "groundless."  We knew our album does not break the law, but the positions you'll take when you listen with your love-slave will break the laws of gravity.   We thank Apple for their level-headedness.  But mostly...


WE THANK OUR LOYAL, FREEDOM-LOVING, ULTRA-HOT FANS!!


On a sinister note, today we received an anonymous e-mail from a bogus account which said "American families will unfortunately be exposed to your indecent filth, but we take great pride if we have hurt your sales in any way."  Since they were too cowardly to allow us to respond directly with an e-mail, we will instead respond with an invitation:


TO OUR CRITICS AND PROTESTORS:  Come to our Album Release Party at the world famous Whisky A-Go-Go on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood.  Friday night, September 14th. (more details to follow).  We will let you in ahead of the line and debate the 1st Ammendment with you over drinks and angry sex.

THANK YOU, sexy fans, for your hundreds of messages of support.  A small number of you even posted them on the blog, while far more of you e-mailed us with your messages of support.  We will compile them all and send them on to Apple today.  We will include a link to our blog and suggest they check as new comments continue to come in, so don't hold back your rage, or you might explode (in the bad way). 

We have spoken with one Apple representative who, when flirted with telephonically, unofficially acknowledged that our case sounds like a "no-brainer."  We are extremely confident that the forces of indecency will prevail.  If you click to subscribe to our blog, you will indeed be the first to know.

fun fact:  The Neu Tickles single "I Am Ninja" is currently ranked 2 on iTunes German Pop charts!  And as Teddy Roosevelt screamed, "First is the worst, second is the best, third is the one with the hairy testicles!!"

There's a group of flaccid white men at a fundamentalist religious cult called the AFA who don't want you to hear our new album, "The Neu Tickles Are Here." It would have been available on iTunes Friday July 20th, but these activists are petitioning Apple to prevent anyone from ever downloading it (see the press release in our previous blog posting or just click here)




We get to send in our appeal to Apple, and it seems like other bands have gotten their album through if Apple felt there was more support than opposition. So we're going to let our fans write our appeal for us.





Please post your support for our album as a comment on this blog entry. click here if you're not yet in our blog.. It can be a word or a novel, just let them know you wont be told what not to put in your ear or any other you-hole!!




We'll send it to Apple on July 30th, and hopefully they'll feel the tingle and post our album for your gratification.

Album Delayed as German "Space-Rock" Band, Neu Tickles, Face Indecency Charges

Conservative activist group, The American Family Association (AFA), has filed an indecency protest with Apple's iTunes Music Store to block the release of the Neu Tickles' American debut album, "The Neu Tickles Are Here."

 

Citing "…an insidious new form of sexual content delivery, tantamount to subliminal pornography…" the AFA's protest has delayed the album's release by at least two weeks, pending review by Apple.

 

In response to the charges, Neu Tickles ukulele player/vocalist Horst Rotaugen said Friday, "Everything they say is a lie!  Except for the part about the sexy technology--we actually put a lot of time into that."  Rotaugen added that he envies "…whoever they hired to look for stuff like this.  That guy has the sexiest job since Annekathrin Bürger's laundry person."

 

U.S. law allows the sale of properly labeled, sexually explicit material, but the AFA's protest is aimed at "…an intangible layer of sexual provocation that is difficult to pinpoint, but undeniably present throughout."  Apple has the legal right to withhold from its online store any material it deems inappropriate. 

 

The Neu Tickles have until Monday, July 30th to file an official response to be considered in Apple's determination.  If Apple finds in favor of the band, the album could be available for download in early August.

Spreaders of the Sexy,

Horst Rotaugen, lead ukulele of the Neu Tickles, will be the special musical guest on the internet sketch comedy show "Fries on the Side" this Saturday night, May 19th @ 9 pm.

The show will be hosted by Brently Heilbron, good friend of the Neu Tickles. This will mark the first time the two have appeared on the same stage since their highly publicised fued. For more info on this excitable young man and his new record check out vaudevilleheartthrob.com

Yes, Horst is but one finger of the six-fingered hand that is the Neu Tickles. But there is so much a finger can do on its own....

The Neu Tickles will now congratulate Ask A Ninja who have really won "Best Series" from the 2006 YouTube Video Awards. 

It's the BEST SERIES!!!  By electricity, that makes" I Am Ninja" the BEST THEME SONG, no, make that BEST SOUND EVER MADE!!!  That, in double electricity, is making the Neu Tickles the BEST BAND IN ANY UNIVERSE THROUGH ALL SPACE, NON-SPACE, MATTER, ANTI-MATTER, TIME, AND ANTI-TIME!!!  (We used a book for that.  Your mind is blown.)

Not to eat out their success-- Subscribe to  Ask A Ninja podcast, it is amazing with funny danger!  

And so hot is the theme song, "I Am Ninja" which you can every day get as seXy RINGTONE or download it from your iTunes computer program.
