We may live in a phenomenal time.
By what means you ask?
Well, Everyone is awaiting the next revolution. Almost Everyone is looking for some great leader in prophet or Matin Luther King Form... Someone who transforms the way we live by inspiring an inner renewal of our daily thought process. I think that the further away we feel from this profound phase of the 2000's, the closer we truely are to being awoken. The more desperate we become as a society... desperate for change...desperate for faith in something...Desperate for LOVE... the sooner we become humans seeking out a universal remedy. And I do believe we are sick. (This is a whole other blog) Howe�ver, We are coming up on a phase of History that can no longer sit and watch the course of events take their turns. No, we can not be a part of consequencialism. We have to make a last minute effort to save our planet... to re-evaluate the way we treat other people... To transform from within the way we live our lives moment to moment.
And we are starting to do it. One person at a time. This is a phenomenal time.

 What's hapnin, beautiful people of planet earth??? It's JuanMiguel, your trusty blogger du jour... Just wanted to speak to the people about what's been up in beautiful Ellipsisland... First and foremost, our new record is mixed!!! I never thought I would see the day, but it is beautiful beautiful... We are all very excited about the mix that Eric and Mr. Chris Finney did... We are taking it to be mastered this week and then off to discmakers... As you might have seen, our CD release party is going to be March 17th at the Republic, which is a new club but it is located where the old Howlin' Wolf was (828 S. Peters in the Warehouse District)... I am really excited to bring the spirit of the new songs, most of which you have heard if you have caught some recent shows... Oh! If you come to the CD Release, you recieve a copy of the new record... So 11 bucks for a mind-bending psychedelic rock and roll show plus a mind-bending psychedelic rock and roll CD... Smells like a deal... We are also plotting out some touring right now for April and on with our new booking agent; so if you are not from NOLA, we will be seeing you shortly... PS The name of the new record is One Course Current, and I think you earthlings will dig the cover (super trippy and cool)... Oh and if you are at all interested in doing some promo for the release or any show for that matter, please e-mail us through MySpace or at jrouchell@tmail.com... It would be much appreciated... Greetings to all in the universe... This is John-Michael, your trusty blogger... On behalf of my brothers and I, I just wanted to give you guys an update... We have set up a studio in my house... We have been bestowed with great gear from friends and are currently working on the new record... The sounds that have been created so far are amazing... Surprisingly, my house sounds rad... We have cut a few songs such as "Dancing Song," "Fool's Gold," "It's Been So Long," "Hiptown," and " Roygbiv Blues." We are in between takes as we speak... Chris Finney and Ben Lorio have been a huge help in production and engineering respectively... I am really curious to see what you people of earth think about this record... It is quite different than anything that we have done in the past... Please give your comments to any of our blogs or pictures... We want to hear your voice and see your love... Much Love...JM
