yo dudes,

we've been home for a few days now. and i wanna first say, damn, that was a successful-ass tour. word. 40+ days around the U.S. with places to play and sleep, and awesome kids to hang out with and party with every night...that's pretty fucking rad.

THANKS SO MUCH to everyone who set up a show for us, who let us play in your house/basement/warehouse/storage space/venue/art space/whatevz, who cooked us food, who bought us food, who let us crash your house, who gave us some company and hung out with during/before/after the show, who was down to party and stay up stupid late with us, who told us ghost stories, who took us swimming, who drove out hours to get to the show, who came to multiple shows, and simply...who had a damn good time with us during the show.

shit was wild.

this was the 4th time we've had the opportunity to take a trip around the U.S. and it is always awesome to see the same rad faces we've met on previous tours. thanks for sticking around. and to all the kids we met for the first time, thanks for taking the time to check this shit out. much appreciated and hope to see you all soon again.

it was really cool to get to go to a few different states that we've never played, thanks for the love that we got in Montana, Maine, Iowa, Tennessee, and Oklahoma...we hope to be able to (somehow) play the remainding 10 states that we have not at some point :)

big ups to the dudes at Rain Fest and This is Ours Fest...kids in Chicago, NYC, DC, Portland, Greensboro, Houston, and oh...if you were at that show in L.A., thanks for the amazing last-show-of-tour...couldn't have ended on a better note.

much love to the Loma Prieta and Trainwreck kids for being a part of this tour. (ps...both of these bands have brand new albums that you NEED to check out).

as for the rest of our UPCOMING PLANS:

-we are flying out to DUDE FEST in Indianapolis, Indiana the weekend of July 17th-19th (ps...we play SUNDAY, July 19th). and if you are planning on going, we are playing a "pre-Dude Fest house show" the night before the fest starts...Thursday, July 16th...house in Indianapolis...show with Engineer and Tides...all the info is on our page.

-we will be printing new shirts with all new designs and sizes...that stuff will be all up on our NEW ONLINE MERCH STORE here: www.bloodtown.bigcartel.com

-we still got copies of our new record "A WOLF TICKET" 12inch/cd/tape and "BURN YOUR BONES" repress 12inch+cd+dvd. (***NOTE*** nothing is 100% yet...but it looks like we are trying to print up like 25 LIMITED COVERS of "A Wolf Ticket" for DUDE FEST. if it happens, this will include a multi-colored hand-screened cover and the 12inch in the LIMITED tan-colored vinyl [out of 100]).

so all the Euro-preorders for our new record "A Wolf Ticket" sold out (thanks so much to Robert/Adagio830 and Bis Aufs Messer for putting that together, and of course to all the kids that ordered them). and we wanted to put something together for the kids here...soooooo, we are putting together the "U.S. preorders" that will start WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22ND.

(ps...if you didn't know about the "Burn Your Bones" repess...it is the FINAL pressing of it...all new artwork and all the music is remixed and remastered.​.​.​it is in a gatefold package that includes: the 12inch record, the CD, and a DVD [that documents the past 4 years of touring in the U.S., Europe, Japan, and Mexico]. this repress is being released by 3 labels that each got 400 on black vinyl and 100 on a different colored vinyl of their choice. so in other words...1,500 in total...1,200 on black...100 on one color [that goes to kids in Japan]...100 on a diff color [that goes to kids in Europe]...and 100 on another diff color [that goes to kids in the U.S.]. and for this preorder, we will be sending out the 100 on the limited color we get to the first 100 kids that preorder it from us).
