October 27, 2009 - Tuesday
I will not be logging in again for a very long time.
November 30, 2007 - Friday
Rarely do I perform and not recieve at least one death threat. In fact, I look forward to the hate mail because it is usually so unimaginative and predictable that it makes me feel good about myself for not being like these people. Here's the latest, this time from myspace.com/blondie428:

And here is my rebuttal. Notice she changed her photo to a "scary face" after reading this. LOL! :)

And finally, on her Myspace page this hypocrite describes herself as a Christian! Death threats are soooo compassionate aren't they? Read her blog about how she oh-so tastefully intends to tattoo "God is Love" on her tits or something. Classy girl!

Nobody told me that Snocap was going to slap users with an outrageous annual $30 fee when I signed up for it. For crying out loud, I probably only make $30 annually off downloads anyway!

Terminating my account with Snocap was a real pain in the ass! Their so-called 'customer service department' is not a joke so much as it's an insult. It doesn't even have a telephone number. The only way I got termination results was a telephone call to the 'finance and accounts' manager everyday for two weeks. The finance rep is a guy named Richard whose extension is 234. I got this extension number by trial-and-error as the phone system at Snocap only gives you the option to either input the extension of someone you already know or hang up. I believe this is by design.

The only communication I received from Snocap after weeks of daily emails and phone calls was they tried to pull some last-ditch bullshit and say that they could not verify that I even had an account. So I sent them a carbon copy of the original email CD Baby gave me with my Snocap set-up instructions and log-in information, followed by several more days of more emails and more phone calls from me requesting immediate termination.

Snocap wants to charge you for something you're probably already paying for somewhere else. ITunes and Sony do for me what Snocap does and they don't charge an annual fee.

So here's how you get rid of them:

  1. Email them daily at support@snocap.com with the following information:

    1. Your name
    2. Your email address that you use to log-in with
    3. Your band name
    4. Put 'Snocap account cancellation request' in the subject and body of your email

  2. Call them every single day at (415) 216-2200, EXT 234. This seems to get results. Leave a message requesting account termination and be sure to give them your name, band name and log-in email address as well in the voice message.

'Aaron' is a customer service rep who will probably tell you he 'can't verify your info' and you will probably have to carbon copy your original Snocap log-in instructions from CD Baby (or wherever you got them from) to him.

'Richard Duma' is with the alleged 'accounts and finance' department at EXT 234. He and Aaron may very well be the only two employees for all I know.

I am off for almost the next 10 days embarking on a UK tour with my other band, Pen15.

We're calling this the 'Coalition of the Swilling' tour. Get it? No? Ok then , let me explain real quick; the band is half-English and half-American, so we're naming it after the Bush/Blair terrorist, colonial action that tv zombies think is a war ... if they even think about anything at all. Now do you get it? Real funny, I know. Haha. Making a funny name for a rock tour based on other people's suffering. Deduct 25 political activist points from me for that. I will not pass go or collect $200 either. :)

Here's a photo of us taken from our last tour, way back in 1997. This one was at CBGBs.

Not the greatest photo, but who gives a shit.

Go to MySpace.com/Pen15Official and check Pen15 out.

While in England, we're gonna open for the legendary UK Subs! I can barely contain my excitement!

For those of you that don't know about the UK Subs, check out these links and videos and you'll see why this is such a big deal for us!

History Channel "Expert" Spins Conspiracy Yarn

One of the experts the History Channel cited to debunk claims that the collapse of WTC 7 was a controlled demolition during its 9/11 Conspiracies: Fact or Fiction special Sunday night, spun a wild conspiracy yarn of his own, claiming that Building 7 burned for eight hours having caught fire before either of the twin towers collapsed.

Pilots, other 9-11 experts pissed-off at History Channel for excluding them

It is no surprise that the only "experts" they interviewed were titled as such when in support (read: making excuses) for the government story. The experts who question the government story were instead referred to as "Conspiracy Theorists" and were either given very little airtime to present their research/concerns, had details edited out, or were omitted from the program altogether. Pilots For 9/11 Truth, Veterans For 9/11 Truth and Architects and Engineers For 9/11 Truth, nor eyewitness experts from the Citizen Investigation Team, were never contacted to present information for this program. Was it because the producers of this hit piece were unaware such organizations filled with Experts existed?

It also made technical changes to make it easier for banks to get discount loans, including extending the credit period to up to 30 days. Tapping the discount window had previously been seen as a last resort for banks in trouble, a perception the Fed sought to eliminate.

Cheney Is Betting On Economic Collapse

Wouldn't you like to know where Dick Cheney puts his money? Then you'd know whether his "deficits don't matter" claim is just baloney or not. Well, as it turns out, Kiplinger Magazine ran an article based on Cheney's financial disclosure statement and, sure enough, found out that the VP is lying to the American people for the umpteenth time.
Deficits do matter and Cheney has invested his money accordingly.

Some researchers say that DU, which has been listed by the U.N. as a weapon of indiscriminate destruction and banned by the Geneva Convention and several international treaties has been used by the U.S. military in the both Gulf Wars. Many claim it is a cause of Gulf War Syndrome and the reason why cancers, leukemia and birth defects have skyrocketed in Iraq since 1991.There is suspicion that DU might have been used or is currently being used here on Hawai`i Island, at the Pohakuloa Training Base, and that has many residents alarmed, especially in light of the recent discovery of DU spotting rounds and tail assemblies at Schofield Barracks on O`ahu.

New Bush prosecutorial theory in Padilla allows preventive detention on vague evidence

The strongest piece of evidence in Mr. Padilla's case was what prosecutors said was an application form Mr. Padilla filled out to attend a training camp run by Al Qaeda in Afghanistan in 2000.
An 'application form'? You can't be fucking serious.

Even if Padilla really was what the government says he was, there was still no reason to torture him. Furthermore, after a few years of torture, signing an 'application' to a terrorist camp could be easily coerced. Notice they never convicted him on that whole 'dirty bomb' thing either.

It shows he was there for a total of 29 hours in those three months, often for short periods or to visit locations adjacent to the rubble. In that same period, many rescue and recovery workers put in daily 12-hour shifts.

Many writers and reporters have traced al-Qa'eda and other terror groups' origins back to the Afghan war of 1979–1992, that last gasp of the Cold War when US-backed mujahedin forces fought against the invading Soviet army. Simple: The Chinese have us by our budget-deficit balls.
