there once was a poor caterpillar with a mission the only thing he wanted was to fly. so he bought himself a rocket ship in poor condition, since he had no wings to rely.
he started the engine and took off into space. he landed on rock, a white lighted place. put on his space suit and tied a rope to his boot, opened the hatch, and yelled out "w00t!"
he was flying, he thought. finally! he grinned. this is the best, even if there is no wind. life can't be better, so he ordered some loam built himself a dome that he would forever call home.
he grew some staticy trees, for he would be able to breathe. with some grass that correspondingly danced in the breeze. all he missed now was the bumbling bees, which ignorantly sung him to sleep with ease.
he lied awake at night when he realized, all the way back on earth he forgot his sewing supplies! he needed to knit a cocoon, like all of the butterflies. then his dream would come true, and he could see the world from bird's eyes.
so he climbed out of bed, watched his excitement grow got into his rocket and got ready to go. he hugged the ground and said "i'll miss you" to the moon, "i'll try to be fast, and i'll come back really soon!"
he started the engine and the space ship flared the moon got smaller and smaller as he stared. the moon looked back with the look of despair, it was the only thing that really knew of him, or cared.
the rocket ship reached gravity, point b wasn't too far, when all of a sudden he got hit by a shooting star. he spun out of control and made a hard crash landing, he was reminded how physics were so demanding.
he was so scared, he just wanted to go back. he burrowed into a hole where everything went black. he thought this would be easy, it would just be a quick run. he looks at the sky, the moon's gone. and now there is sun.
he tried chasing the moon, but his chest just hollowed. he circled the globe, but the sun just followed. he was giving up hope, in his sadness he wallowed, came up to the ocean, heard a large gulp as he swallowed.
he dived into the water and he took off strong, but that didn't really last too long. he started losing hope, as he died on the inside. he would sink, blue would hide. he lost the fight against the tide.
on his forehead he feels drops of rain washed up on an island that has no claim. he gasps for air but he's too far in pain. his only motivation is the voice inside his brain.
he opens his eyes, he sees a soft light. the moon is staring down at him. it's back again! it's night! now he can leave the world feeling alright, he can finally give up and stop trying to fight.
he tries to speak as water escapes his lung, and with his last heaves of breath he whispers, he sung "i'm sorry i can't come back, and i never got to fly. but i don't want you to worry, i don't want you to cry. i really tried to find you, i really did try, i just wanted to say 'goodbye,' and 'thank you' before i die."
never would have left if known what life intended. everything just brought to a stop, and all good things were ended.

Waiting to help me out. I never needed your help. I never asked for it. Damn you! You're always here! I never even showed interest in you.
Yet you're always there. Waiting; Waiting for me to acknowledge you.
Look at you, you filthy poor excuse for anything. Your huge sultry eyes, long curvy figure. That damn smile of yours! I'll never need your help.

Category: Life
I was thinking about how people live their lives, and how everybody has a seperate, totally different life than the next person.
You may meet somebody, see them daily, and still not know shit about them. You watch somebody walk down the street and think, they live their whole life totally seperate from yours.. No idea of what that person is like, where they are going, where they have been, what they have done or will do. But you see them as they are at that moment. just for that moment.
