Cut Chemist will perform along with more than 280 performers November 6 in a unique concert to benefit The Symphony Guild. Symphony of the Superhero, composed by Mateo Messina, will enchant and intrigue the audience with a full orchestra, four choirs..., a Brazilian band, a bell choir, and guest musicians including Lili Haydn and Natalie Dungey.

The Symphony Guild is part of the Guild Association for Seattle Children’s Hospital, one of the nation’s premier pediatric hospitals. Each year the guild produces an annual musical experience to raise money for uncompensated care, which ensures no child is ever denied medical treatment because of their family’s inability to pay.

Visit: Symphony Guild for more details.

This Is The Life DVD for Sale NOW at http://www.cutchemist.com

This is a documentary about the Good Life Cafe's legendary thursday open mic nights. It started in 89 and ended in 95. In this film you can witness the origins of acts like Jurassic 5, Freestyle Fellowship, Medusa, Pigeon John, and more. If you're interested in checking out the scene I came from, this is it. It was the best time of my life. Grab the DVD before it's too late!

Nat King Cole is reinterpreted on 'Re: Generations'

"The music sounds rich -- it sounds like you should have money in your pocket when you listen to it," said Cut Chemist, who struggled at first to find a new approach to "Day In -- Day Out" but, after one aborted attempt to add many layers, came up with a loose-limbed remix that might be the album's most infectious interpretation.

"I'm so happy with the finished product," said the Jurassic 5 alumnus. "I think this album is going to help a lot of younger people learn about him and his music."

To celebrate its release we will be doing a one time reunion show at the House Of Blues Tuesday, March 10th. I will be performing classic songs from that period with fellow lifers such as Chali 2na, Hymnal, Mixmaster Wolf, and Blackbird. If you're interested in checking out the scene I came from, this is it. It was the best time of my life.

For all those attending the Hard Sell show on thursday, please note that there will be a record bar operating in the venue the entire night. Of course dealing in only 45s, Shadow and I have asked a few of our favorite record dealers in the New York area to participate so bring some extra spending money.
Also just added New Yorks own Jazzy Jay from the mighty Zulu Nation spinning all 45s.
Have fun!
