Hi hi!
Well now that the Emmys are over and I had a little bit of time to breathe...I thought I should write a bit about the wonderful experience!

The day started a little rough when my electricity went out and I had no use of the blow dryer, curling iron or air conditioner!!! As you may recall, it was hot hot hot on the day of the Emmys (99 degrees) and I was running around the house naked saying,"oh no! what am I gonna do! What am I gonna do!!!" I tried replacing the fuses, but no luck. So, I called Kent (luckily she lives down the street from me) and said one word.....HELP! And of course being the lovely friend that she is...she let me come over and get ready at her house.

That being said, by the time I got to her house, I was hot, sweaty and really behind...really behind. I had to get ready in 35 minutes which was impossible. Then I rushed back to my house, where the limo was waiting 45 minutes for me. I was a mess.

I got to the red carpet...and I couldn't stop sweating. It was just so darn hot! AND I don't typically wear foundation, so I didn't bring powder....which in retrospect would've been a good idea since sweat was an issue. All the ladies on the red carpet looked AMAZING. Yes, they were all wet from the hot sun....but it looked more like they were glistening. At one point I was doing an interview on the carpet, looked over to my left and there she was.....Judge Marilyn Milian from Peoples Court! I'm a HUGE fan of hers...so I got really nervous. Ellen Degeneres also passed by and we had eye contact. I tried to tell her I loved her with my eyes...but I'm not sure she got the message.

I also had a cool interview with Nick Verreos from Project Runway and he was talking about my dress....and then the most horrible thing happened. I had one of those stick on bras since my dress was a VERY low back...and mind you, the sun was beaming on me. Well, in the middle of the interview, my body started to sweat and I felt my right bra cup fall and all of a sudden, I was standing there with what looked like a third boob on my stomach. I got so embarassed, I quickly put my hand over my stomach and giggled and then drifted away, as if I had somewhere to go. Pretty pathetic huh??? Aiy yay yay!

When we finally got seated inside the theatre, I was happy to see that this year they went with round tables with food and drinks! Last year, it was the normal theatre seating, but this year.....everyone actually got to talk and get to know each other. Much more intimate and fun! I sat next to Finola Hughes...who by the way is such an incredible lady. So kind and funny and lovely. The table behind me was Barbara Walters and the table to the left of me was Tyra Banks and Regis Philbin! Can you believe it! But the person I was most excited to see this year was Montel Williams. I've been a fan of his for a really long time....and unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to talk to him.

AND as most of you know......GH won best show! Wonderful, huh??? We got to go on stage and do our little happy dance. I wanted to do my happy high kick...but didn't think it would be appropriate with a dress on. In fact, I don't think I was wearing underwear that night....so I would've pulled a Sharon Stone. ;O

And finally the After Party! These are always fun because people let loose and let their hair down. Everyone danced and ate yummy desserts and had Tequila. My favorite was the chocolate chip cookie on a stick. On the dance floor was Kimberly, Sonya, Claire, Beth Ann (OLTL), Graham, Brandon and of course Kent and myself! WHOOT WHOOT! The night was amazing and i will remember it for the rest of my life.

But can I just say one thing.....my feet hurt for 5 days after the Emmys! Men don't understand the pain we go thru to wear sexy high heels.

Love you guys!
Minae.

Hello my Lovelies!

So here is the deal...

Kent (GH-Lainey) and I are on a new mission! We are both on a new journey of growing and spreading our wings to fly! So often, we live our lives in fear of so many things. I'm scared to call so and so, I'm scared to be brave and stand up for myself, I'm scared to say I love you, I'm scared to go up that mountain....! Little do we know, that it is the action of facing that fear that will set us free!

So...this is what we are doing! We have written a list of things we are afraid of, big and small, and we are going to conquer them one by one. This is very exciting and scary for the both of us. But we know that in the end....we will grow and be stronger for it!

Here are some things I am AFRAID of, just to name a few:
1. Going in the ocean without arm floaties.
2. Going sky diving!
3. PENGUINS (yes, I'm serious)

NOW, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YOU'RE AFRAID OF!!! It can be something as small as a COCKROACH or as big as BUNGEE JUMPING or as bizarre as TAPIOCA PUDDING!!!!!!! I want to hear it all!

And for those of you attending our GNO event at GH Fan Club Weekend -
- As soon as we collect all of your "fears" we will be doing something special with them...so please SUBMIT! Oh and please include your FIRST NAME and WHERE you're from!

Remember...you don't win anything if you're not brave!

Kisses Galore!

Hi everyone!
I'm so sorry I haven't posted for a while. I have been busy busy busy! I booked a fun movie earlier this year called "BITCH SLAP"...yup...you heard it right! BITCH SLAP! We JUST wrapped on the film and I had the time of my life on set.

BITCH SLAP is a post-modern, thinking man's throwback to the 'B' Movie/Exploitation films of the 1950's - 70's as well as a loving, sly parody of the same. Inspired by the likes of 'Dragstrip Girls,' 'Faster Pussycat, Kill, Kill,' 'Kung Fu Nun' and the pantheon of Blacksploitation films, 'Bitch Slap' will mix girls, guns, outrageous action and jaw-dropping visuals with a message... don't be naughty!

I play a lethal school girl named KINKI and my weapon of choice is a crazy bladed YOYO!!! See pic below! (You can't see the yoyo in the picture since it was attached to a band under my skirt, but the wardrobe is pretty fun and we shot half of the film on green screen - as you can see from the pic.) I had the great opportunity to train with the famous Zoe Bell and I have some brutal fight scenes in the movie! To top it all off...Ron Melendez (Dr. Andy Archer) was also in the film too! He played Deputy Fuchs and I got to attack him with my yoyo and make him bleed. I must say...it was pretty rewarding to see him suffer!!! See PHOTO attached! He is bloooooody!

The movie Bitch Slap will probably not come out until next year, but I will definitely keep you guys posted! And guess what....I speak mostly Japanese in the film...so don't expect to understand a word I'm saying!!! My character is such a hoot anyways...so just watching should be entertaining enough!

I love you guys!!!

Some of you may know me as LOKI, Enigma director for the Vanishing Point Game. Well…since my incredible adventure with all of you, MICROSOFT just sent me a new Xbox 360 with THREE games to try out! I love those guys at Microsoft. I'm not sure if many of you know this, but I am a huge game lover. Thanks to those generous guys at Microsoft, I'll be getting my game fix! I've had a PlayStation for a few years now and it does not compare to the graphics on Xbox 360. So here is what I got:

1. Gears of War
2. Arcade Unplugged
3. Project Gotham Racing 3

I have to say I love all three games. I seem to be pretty excelled at Project Gotham Racing. I had no idea I was so good with the car! Watch out Danica Patrick! But my favorite is Gears of War. I love that you can slam against any wall or object, throw a grenade and use a sniper rifle! Thanks Microsoft!

Watch me projected onto the BELLAGIO Fountains! Cool!

As I sit here with my wrinkled dress, messy hair and sore feet...I have the biggest smile on my face.  I just went to the Daytime Emmys and I had the best time of my life!!!

First of all, can I say that getting ready for the Emmys take a lot of time and energy!  Guys have it easy, they put on some pants and a cute shirt, maybe a nice jacket, some goop in their hair and they are set.  But us!  We have to look for the perfect dress, get shoes to match, find jewelry and the perfect purse.  Then we have to make sure our legs are shaven and smooth like butter, fingers and toes manicured, makeup flawless and hair beautiful.  THEN, we have to TRY and walk with the most ridiculous heels and look like we're floating on air.  I'm extremely clumsy so walking in a dress and heels is like walking on stilts with a straight jacket on.  But, I'm proud to say that I got through the night without falling on my tush or spilling food on my dress.  Pretty impressive huh???  ;)

This year, I wore a BCBG dress that was short with a deep plunge front and back.  I call this dress … the I'm Proud of My Body and I'll Show It Regardless of What You Think dress.  Typically I seek for the padded bra dresses or the dresses that cover my legs.  But this year…I said FORGET IT!  I'm showing everything that I'm insecure about and I'm going to feel sexy!

So how did my day go???  I picked Kent (Lainey) up from her house and we carpooled to the Kodak Theatre.  This is where they hold the Academy Awards, so the building is pretty cool.  When we finally got to the Kodak Theatre, we take the escalator to the ground floor and all of a sudden we are surrounded by a mob of people.  Hundreds and hundreds of people everywhere!  Taking photos and calling out names.  So Kent and I do a bee line to the red carpet and immediately work our stuff!  I'm standing there taking pictures, when I look to my left and I see Jerry Springer!  Then I look to my right and I see Bob Barker!  And I'm thinking," Am I in the Twilight Zone?!"

After 2 hours of red carpet, we all entered the theatre and watched the Emmys Event!  Ellen Degeneres was hysterical.  When she came out onto the stage, I screamed, "I love you Ellen!"  I think everyone and their mothers heard me profess my love to her in the theatre …except for her.

ABC held an After Emmys Party that was a blast!  I got a chance to hang with my girls Kent (Lainey) and Kimberly (Robin).  We danced and did the robot all night long.  I didn't see Jason Thompson dance, but it might be because he was always surrounded by people.  Adrianne Alvarado (Det. Cruz) was an impressive dancer and Bradford Anderson (Spinelli) was the stud of the party.  He knows how to dance like Michael Jackson and the ladies were all over him!  There was a tequila bar at the party which we definitely utilized…lick it, slam it, suck it!  But not to worry, there was no drinking and driving that night for us!  We also didn't have to go to the hospital the next day to work!!!  ;)  Thank goodness.

So….I must ask!  Best and worst dresses for the night?  Anything you loved or hated???????

Hi there! I can't believe it's been so long since I've blogged. I gotta get my butt in gear and be more diligent! ;)

GH
As many of you know, Elizabeth is about to pop! Filming these scenes were really challenging. Part of the time, we used a fake rubber baby that looked so real, except for the fact that the umbilical cord kept falling off. The REAL baby we used was so adorable! The moment this baby arrived on set, you could smell this sweet smell in the air…moms, you know what I'm talking about. Babies have this "baby" sweet smell that is very distinct. All of the ladies on set fell in love with this cutie pie. So here is a question: Who do you think Liz should be with? Or better yet, who should take on the role as father…Lucky or Jason?

The New NIGHT SHIFT tv show– GH
Night Shift is a storyline extension about the lives and loves of General Hospital's favorite characters during the night shift at the hospital. This is the first time a soap has extended its current storyline beyond what is seen in daytime. Very cool huh?
I just found out that Dr. Kelly Lee has a SECRET in Night Shift! I wish I could tell you what it is, but I was sworn to secrecy. It will all come out eventually, so keep watching the show! Very exciting! Any ideas on what you think Kelly's secret is??? :) I'd love to hear them!

On a personal note:
I want to go skydiving and I am terrified! Is there anyone out there with some stories or words of wisdom for me???

Here are my airdates for GH:
GH Airdates: 5/02/07, 5/04/07, 5/07/07, 5/08/07, 5/09/07, 5/10/07

Thank you again for all of your kind notes and letters! I love you guys!

Hi everyone! Well, I had a great time on set this week. I had a chance to film a girls night out scene (yeah!) with Kimberly (ROBIN) & Kent (LAINEY) on Tuesday, doctor scenes with Kelly (SAM) on Wednesday and Thursday AND I had a chance to chat with a few of the cute boys Jason (PATRICK) & Eddie (Pete) on my down time. Lucky me! So lets break this down:

Girl's Scene
Let's just say there is alcohol and trouble involved!!! Get the picture??? I LOVE doing scenes with Kimberly and Kent. Whenever we work together, all we do is laugh, make jokes and talk about boys, boys and boys. (hmmm...not too far off from the show!) Kimberly is such an amazing person. She is just so down to earth, beautiful, sincere, smart, hilarious and has the cutest butt in the world! Have you seen it??? :) I just want to bite it! As for Kent, just a lovely soul. Aside from being absolutely gorgeous...she makes people laugh and smile. She has the sort of spirit that lights up a room. Every time I see her at work, she genuinely brightens my day. And she is one tough cookie! She came to set once with bruises all over her arms. I asked her what happened and she said," I was doing archery and some of the arrows hit my arms." Now, who REALLY plays with bows and arrows....apparently Kent does!

Doctor scenes with Kelly Monaco
When I first met Kelly, I would just stare and stare at her because she was in this hospital bed, pale as a ghost, dying of a gun shot wound...and yet, she was still as beautiful as ever. Men faint when they are around her, but she hardly notices at all. I'm still getting to know Kelly, but every time I see her, she is kind to others and just a joy to be with.

THE BOYS!
Now for the good part! Let's start with JASON (Patrick Drake) !!! Jason seems like he would be a player. A womanizer. An insensitive guys guy. But ladies, I heard that he is just the sweetest, most loyal thing in the world! You gotta love that! What's great about Jason is that he is a little bit of everything. He is naughty, but nice. Sweet but feisty. Funny but sincere. On set, he works hard, treats everyone with respect and just has a lot of fun. I had the privilege of kissing him in a scene and his lips were the softest I've ever felt! Don't be jealous ladies! :) But all kidding aside, I think what stands out about Jason the most is his kindness. He is just a kind person and I really respect that. Okay....AND he is just so darn hot!!!

As for EDDIE MATOS. What a handsome man he is! I mean...lord have mercy. So far, I haven't had a scene with him. I hope he gets hurt (not killed) and ends up going to the hospital. And then when Epiphany is pulling him on the gurney, I HAPPEN to run into him and it's love at first sight! Yeah, in my dreams! :) What I noticed about Eddie, is when he talks to people, he is very present. He listens and genuinely cares. That's a tough quality to find in a man. Eddie is one of those guys who just oozes sexiness. It's not pushed or fake. He doesn't have to do anything. He just has to stand there with his hands in his pockets and he is plain sexy.

Okay...I'm pooped. I had a fun week and I'm ready for the weekend! My air dates are Jan. 26 thru the 31st...don't forget to watch! And I look forward to hearing from you!!! :)

HI guys! So, who do you think Jason should be with? Liz or Sam? Pregnancies seem to be the topic of conversation for the three of them lately! :) I love working with Steve (Jason) and Becky (Elizabeth). Steve seems pretty serious on the show, but in real life he is a riot! He is always joking and making people laugh. Steve really brings a lot of sunshine to the set. As for Becky, she is the sweetest. Always giving, helpful and so easy to work with. Keep watching the shows coming in the new year...12/29, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 & 1/10. I deliver my first baby on the show! After the show airs, I will give you the scoop on the baby!

By the way, I just wanted to take the time to thank you guys for all of your wonderful, kind messages and letters. I read every single one of my fan mails and make sure to write back. I'm coming back to the GH studio next week to work, so I would love to hear from you! You could write to me or Executive Producer - Jill Phelps.
