Exclusive interview with ALIEN
VAMPIRES (by Vladimir Barov aka [t]errorchrist)
Vladimir Barov: Hello guys. Well, your names already known to everyone, give at once
we’ll begin our conversation about your new work “Fuck Off And Die”. Why the
album has received such bright name? You’re not afraid censorship?
Nightstalker: We chose such a name because we are sick of the
humanity all, of its hypocrisy and its 'good manners' sold us as the best
precepts to follow!!! So what better than 'fuck off and die' to express that
mood, to give voice to everyone who thinks the same as we do! The day an Artist
is afraid of the censorship is the day he/she looses his/her chance to speak
freely to the people. We know very well that there's a better way to behave and
probably better sell the music but we don't fuckin care about that, otherwise
we wouldn't have for sure called the album “Fuck Off And Die'”!
In a nutshell...we are not kinda politically
correct!!!!! But who cares...u don't like us, ...well ..it's full of bands out
there who fit with you better than us, who dress in shirt and good manners.
Basically we don't give a shit about that!
VB: What you can tell about this album? Than it differs from your previous
work or all this worthy continuation of the “No One Here Gets Out Alive”?
Nightstalker: "Fuck Off
and Die" is the worthy continuation of "No One Here...'" It's the result of all
our experiences, desires, fears and perversions. It's exactly what we are today
and how we feel about the world and life in general. You know, with ALIEN VAMPIRES
you’ll always get what we are in the reality! We are just like that, fuckin
motherfuckers who want to make fuckin music for us and for the people like us.
We come from various music styles and we try to get a mixture of those that we
ourselves like to listen to! You know some people think we do it for
opportunism but it's not like that, ahahaha. We are really like that every
fuckin day of our fuckin life, we feed ourselves with everything we can find in
our albums: Satanism, occultism, fetishism, BDSM, vampirism, pornography, and
so on...
VB: With an album “Fuck Off And Die” ALIEN VAMPIRES comes on a new level of
popularity, what you expected from release of this album?
Nightstalker: To bring our music all over the world, to fuckin
involve people who want to be involved and driven into our fuckin world, we
don't want to convince anyone of anything!!!!! The only real privilege is to
give a picture of what we are, think and feel and to spread it everywhere.
We are proud
to be like that and we don't hide behind nice words and good images! Then...We
expect nothing special but being ALIEN VAMPIRES.
VB: In my opinion, some songs from an album provokes disputes to a theme of
the modern religious conflict. It is interesting to know your attitude to
religion?
Nightstalker: Indeed!! You know, sometimes people forget that
Religions are human products created to control people and lower their sense of
responsibility.
They preach
peace and harmony but in reality they cause wars, conflicts, and a lot of other
shit like that!!!! Ain't true? We are
against all that system and we express it by our music and attitude. In a word
Religions represent minds exploitation and nothing else but that!!! The
greatest part of humanity hides behind the religion with the fucking conviction
that what religion preaches is good and everything's out is bad!
VB: Tell about other songs from an album. This time songs again very causing
names to take even- “Lesbian Nuns Suck Me Dry”, “Death to Pigs”, “BDSM” and
“Footjob Addiction”…
Nightstalker: As said
before, every song expresses exactly what we like and hate. We'd really like to
be sucked by lesbian nuns and we are pretty sure that they would like it as
well!! We kindly invite our fucking enemies to fuckin die with their fat and their
shit!!! We are obsessed by fetishism and we wanna end our fuckin lives in a
Hell full of those things! We don't need to hide our perversions like the rest
of humanity does, every track shows exactly what we really are!
VB: In work on track “Far from human” has taken part itself Johan Van Roy
(SUICIDE COMMANDO). How you send to idea to make a song together with him?
Nightstalker: Before being
a very good friend, Johan Van Roy is one of our best influence and we owe him
all our respect! Respect towards someone who never loosed his way in many years
and still play with the same energy of the previous years in front of hundreds
people! So, what a fuckin privilege to collaborate with someone like him!!
Everything came very naturally and we are honoured by his friendship and
support! He kicks ass man! He is the best partner to work with!
VB: How much important you consider style of the band, how many attention
you give to it?
Nightstalker: It's very
important, we'd never go on the stage with glasses and shirts, it's not for
us!!!! As we said before, it's full of bands like that outside and we don't
give a shit about their good manners and good behaviours! We are like that and
we don't want to change our style even if we knew it would be more
appreciated!!!!
VB: Tell, after participation in metal projects why you have suddenly
decided to borrow in electronic music? Why as the basic musical style you have
chosen dark electro?
Nightstalker: ALIEN VAMPIRES was born
in the year 2000 and Nysrok already played Black Metal and hell electro. We've
always played both Metal and Electronica and you can find it in our sound. We
definitely like to make people moving but to write songs as well, slow and
heavy like BDSM.
VB: You can name bands, which have cardinally changed your musical tastes in
an early age and now can be ranked as your spiritual teachers?
Nightstalker: The Doors,
Credence Clearwater Revival, Nirvana.
VB: Tell a little about performances ALIEN VAMPIRES. What usually occurs at
your concerts? What people come and whether often you invite to play?
Nightstalker: Well...we
are AV right to the end!!!! we try to make every show unique and fuckin destructive!
we are exactly what we want us to be and the stage has always been like the
best place to be in this fuckin senseless world! We received a lot of offers
but we don't accept everything! That's AV style, we play just where we like to
play and we don't give a shit how much money they do offer to us! If we want to
be in that place that's fine, otherwise we prefer to get fucked up somewhere
else!!
VB: Your final wishes and regards to your Russian fans?
Nightstalker: We love you
Russians and we so fuck look forward to playing for u soon!
