Heya buddies, So it's been an emotional week! No sooner have we released our first vinyl and video ever, we were straight back in the studio, so this week has been really productive on a lot of fronts. We just need to add in the vocals and finishing touches to Powder, Makeup, Brother and our newest tune Makeup and we'll be half way through the album. Wahoo! Also, we have a few remixes of the single tracks to happen any time now, so watch this space. I'm even working on a little remix of my own which is quite narly if I do say so myself ;) So, it's all go from here! Alas, we missed the breakers chart this week, but hey, we're not about to give up now! This is just the beginning! We are hoping the vinyl should be hitting the stores any time now, so keep grabbing our music online and let us know what you think. The support is really great too, so thanks for that, it really does keep us going... really it does! I've also had some great news of my own, TC Helicon are endorsing me! I've always been a big fan on their stuff since my techy days, and their vocal equipment is cool as.. I've just been sent one of the best vocal effects unit in the business to try out so I'm going to be hiding for a few days! They are just arranging an interview and shoot, it's getting out to about 250,000 people, so I'm really quite excited :) Ok, so that's all for now ;) M Xx

Dear all
As you probably know, we are releasing our first proper single coming out on Monday (2nd November) since the Universal / Orchard deal. It's the first thing we are putting online too. I'm sure you know how serious we are about the band and how much we love making music. I know some of you may have the CD single already, but if you can, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE grab a download of one of the single tracks for 79p from one of the big download stores. If you grab one for yourself, or a friend it would be massively appreciated. I think we have a fighting chance of getting into the indie charts with your help. We've been getting loads of indie exposure and the tour was fantastic.
Because of all the difficulties we had recording, and with people who messed us around in the past, I feel like all this is such a long time coming though. We've even been picking up airplay as far as the US and getting some glossy mags reviewing us, which is amazing. If we could get into the indie charts I'm sure we'd get a lot more exposure, so I'm hoping you can help out and give us a boost for the single.
We've also got a limited edition run of 500 copies of green 7" vinyl up for sale at £3.50 including postage, these will be in the stores in a couple of weeks, but if you can get a signed one from Criminal at the link below.
All the links you need are below, so please please grab your copy, and spread the word! There is a 'share with a friend' button on the 7digital store so please let anyone know who we know or who may be interested :) Fingers crossed! Please spread the word!! Xx

Hey everybody! We're fully back and I think mostly rested after the tour.... well I certainly am after my 18 hour sleep! Our tour was definitely the most intense, exciting and incredible experience we've had as a band, and personally too. Thanks to everybody who made it to the shows :D it was so amazing to meet so many people who are really into what we are doing, people we do and people we don't know! I guess this is what it feels like to get a taste of the big time with all the road interviews, autographs and general good response, so a big thank you for taking the time out to come and chat to us and keep us inspired! It's massively amazing that you are supporting us, so please know this is really appreciated. If there's ever a time we've known where we wanted to go as a band, i think this was it! Everywhere we went was a different and new buzz, so a big shout out to everybody in Birmingham, Blackpool, Sheffield, Leeds, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, Brighton, London and Bristol, who made us feel so welcome, loved and valid for what we are doing. I don't think I've heard so many good things about our band in one concentrated buzz, and also it was so amazing to catch up with everyone and hang out - I was totally blown away... probably drank too much and got too excited, but hey that's rock n roll. There were some excellent bands who played with us too, The LP, Drake's Rebellion, Riot City, Dirty Habit, The Monday Club, Mournin Sky, Socials 2and4, Ressus, Atombuzz, Tapehead, Orestia, Capelle, Silhoutte Showgirls, Jet, and many more we got the pleasure to meet and play with - a big thanks to you, and also a big recommendation to check these bands out! So, we've been asked quite a bit about our plans, and right now we are just focussing on the single and getting our names out there. The album is still very much the plan, and we just hope to get a great a response for the single as we did on the tour. We are still waiting to see our first ever vinyl, so I'm sure I'll die when I finally do! Anyhow, I'm slowly loading up some of the tour photos, and there are more to come I'm sure! This was all just such an overwhelming experience, I thought an update would be fitting :D So when's the next tour? Maha X

Howdy everybody
We're just going through one of the most exciting and scary times in our life, so I thought a little update would be in order! Our first studio single will be coming out in October and we've just been put in Club NME Hulls Top 10, on the flipside, we're broke and broke up - Jade's car got hit by a Lorry this morning (she is ok but the car isn't - big sympathies matey), and our gig on Saturday got flooded so we went home without our fix so to speak. Sorry if you were there, you'd have seen us hiding underwater! On the plus side, we've just done our first music video and it is definitely a buzz - big thanks to Tom Norton @ Juxtapose Films!
It's crazy times for us, last week we heard our tracks on the radio loads of times and even done a few interviews which we'll get links for real soon! We're going to be announcing our tour dates soon too and there's some great bands on the bill. If you're going to be around then just get in contact! Other than that, we're back in the Studio on Saturday to finish off Makeup, Brother and Powder, so again exciting stuff!!! It's all gearing up for us at the mo and fingers crossed that we can start to get our name out there a bit... We've got our first vinyl coming out in less than 1 month (thanks to Elvira that's going to be green) and it's limited edition wahoo. We are putting everything we have into gearing up for the tour and making it one hell of a show. So, thanks for checking this out and we hope to hear back from you and see you at the upcoming gigs!! Ps check out the video!!
Sleep deprived but happy! Maha Xx

Hey hey, Thanks to everyone who came down the Brides of March weekender! We had a blast and really appreciate all the comments on the new tracks... although we haven't picked a name for the newest, please keep the suggestions coming!! It was a relief when the Brides finally did arrive.. apparently there was an actual wedding at St Pauls at the meeting time, so despite being moved on by the police, the march itself - and the event were a big success : ) We are off to Leeds & Manchester, next week, so we hope if you're around that part of the world, that you can make it down there! On the London front, we'll be over at Harajuku hanging out next Friday, so let us know if you will be around. After this though, we are going to be knuckling down on the new tracks and getting some of the album done! About time too - but these things take time and I'm sure you'll love the results. Next London gig right now is a free entry event @ Powers in Kilburn in May (Friday 15th), and we'll bring a box of kleenex for all of you poor folk who had colds at our last gig .....ahem... :p Xx

Hello everyone! How's tricks? Hope life is treating you well! Well are you guys up for an unusual and excellent event to go to? Well from our end we've been really hard at work getting material ready for some awesome gigs and our main goal - the album. It would be excellent if you can get down to the London, Leeds or Manchester gigs coming up and support us! This time tickets sales will be used to help fund our album. We always, always try to arrange concession for our supporters if we can, but this time we are asking for you to come and help out if you can. We know times are tough, but serious, these are all a great load of gigs to attend. Brides of March is definitely one to make on Saturday, plus the Leeds event is an all day Pirate Party which should also be a laugh! We are playing Leeds with some of the acts we met there at Carpe Diem, so that will be a great reunion. In Manchester we are playing the Black Rose Clothing launch, which is also going to be amazing. Please stick these ones in the diary! We need you there - and that means YOU : ) We don't have everyones emails or facebooks, so if you know anyone who would normally come down, please let them know! Hello!! Thanks to everyone who made the gig on Friday 13th Feb @ 333 Motherbar. We had a great night and it was so nice to see you there.. So, thanks for taking the time out to say hello and letting us know that you still dig the tunes. We played mostly new stuff this time, which was fun. We are really keen on the newest track too, although we haven't named it yet, so any suggestions are welcome! It was also nice to stick Bitchin' in the set again - it's been well over a year since we've played that so it was fun to get down to it :) Also, a big thanks to Sues and Dave, who are both pro photographers and ended up taking some cool impromptu shots!! We've just stuck these up now - Thanks :) For those of you who will be around on Sat 14th March, we are headlining at Enterprise, Camden. It's going to be 'The Wedding Reception' for the Brides of March event - which is basically a day where people dress up in wedding gear and rampage through the center of London. The afterparty will be at Enterprise so it should be a riot... still don't expect 100% white wedding.... they are thinking just as much Las Vegas or Zombie!! If you want to get in touch meantime, just drop us an email anyway... mailinglist[at]thekut.co.ukMuchos Luvos!! The Kut Xx

How's things? Well we've been hard rehearsing and getting up to scratch with Jade. We had a brilliant time at the Harajuku club too and also a good chance to get fully integrated again! The fancy dress thing was really cool, so we are planning to go back and play there in a few months.. we didn't get any pictures though, so if you were there and have any, please send them over!! We are also working on a mini tour and really looking forward to the Manchester gig for Black Rose Clothings launch, as well as the 333 gig next Friday. Also, turns out that our March gig at Enterprise is also part of the Brides of March event, so there will be some Wedding Dress pimping workshops happening for that. I can't bear to go white wedding though, so perhaps Las Vegas would be better!! Anyhow, we've just joined up on Facebook - I think you can find us by searching but not really sure just yet! Still, if you're out there, we are slowly but surely making a comeback, so hang on in there and if you're around come and check out the new tunes! See you soon!! Mx
