There are some of you here that I really really like, a lot of people I don't know, and a lot of bands I love.  But for those people that I really really honestly and truly like, I want to clue you in on a little secret.  Most of you people who fall into this wonderful category of coolies, cuties & friends already have my current number... but that's about to change!  Number that is...

A multitude of factors including people I don't like to talk to anymore, psychotic ex girlfriends, crappy service from Sprint, shitty Samsung Instinct that crashes, freezes and reboots constantly and an incredibly wonderful experience with my iPod Touch has all played into some unique cosmic alignment with the arrival of the iPhone 3G:S.  So I've decided to start anew, with a new phone, new carrier and a completely new number.  Pretty much if you are in the top of my friends list, you are entitled to the new number... bands included HEHE!  Not to mention it would kick super fracking ass to get a call from Starbuck or Commander William Adama, but that probably want happen, but Katee Sackhoff, if you read this, you can call me any time :D

Anyways, just wanted to give you guys a heads up that if you ever want to call or text or send my silly pictures via MMS, then you are going to need the new number.  I will probably contact most of you individually to give it to you, but just in case, feel free to message me if you want it.

With the recent release of Resident Evil 5, the web was afloat with revelations that RE5 was chalked full of racism.

If you are unfamiliar with the Resident Evil games and movies, it's basically your typical zombie plot.  In previous settings, RE series has been mainly in the US with the exception of 4 which was in Spain

Obviously there was no cry of racism by white America or Hispanic Spain over the mindless killing of white/Spanish zombies... but once we shift locations to Africa and we as gamers are forced to now fight an African zombie infestation, some in the black community are up at arms over the implications of a white hero killing black Africans.  Now let's be honest here... a zombie is a zombie is a zombie.  I think the moment you become a zombie, you sort of set aside any previous life affiliations with race, religion, sex and so on.  The only thing you care about as a zombie is your desire to eat, nothing more.  It just so happens that a zombie delicacy is human flesh, especially brains, and a zombie isn't going to be picky.  I highly doubt a former KKK guy will object to eating the brains of a black man once he's been zombified.  Same goes with the former Nazi zombie eating Jewish flesh.  Zombies don't care what color you are, what religion you are and how much unprotected gay sex you may or may not have had.  They just want some of your tasty brain food, or perhaps a bit of devouring, enough to turn you from human to zombie and thus zombie procreation since zombies probably have a hard time with the whole sex thing.

That being said, I don't see anyone taking up the stance for ZOMBIE RIGHTS!  Surely the zombies deserve the right to vote, the right to work, the right to party at the hip city night clubs.  Zombies deserve the right to work, to rent apartments, the right of affirmative action and school loans and college entrance and so on.  But I don't see Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson standing up and fighting for the rights of zombies... thus proving that they are bigots in their own right.  It's a shame zombies lacked the foresight to zombify Martin Luther King Jr... then maybe we would have had a continuation of his speech juxtaposed to include his dream of white children, black children AND zombie children.  Obviously, the racist ramifications of killing zombies is completely overlooked by the media.

Personally, the assumption that RE5 is racist against black people absolutely disgusts me when no one has the courage or audacity to stand up for the simple fact that millions upon millions of zombies are brutally murdered in countless films and video games.  It's like a virtual holocaust against the undead and it's just not right.

I am a tad bit skeptical though as to why the Toyko Mitsubishi Bank doesn't have their own mail server and has to use Gmail for such high level correspondences, not to mention the fact that Mr. Hiraku Jiro's middle name is DAVID, plus his gmail name doesn't match his business name.  Now I am no expert in Japanese culture, but I am fairly certain your name does not change based on formalities like how you would greet someone (i.e. Konichiwa vs. Moshi-moshi | hello in person vs. hello when answering the phone)  Perhaps I am being overly analytical.

I just don't know what to do, it seems like an amazing business proposition, but there is that little bit of skeptism and doubt.  UGH!  This is going to keep me up at night for sure!  Perhaps if we weren't in such a dire straits with the economy, this would be a no brainer, but with my bank account looking like the mouth of a meth addict, I am overly cautious.  What to do; what to do...

YES!  We had all suspected we hadn't seen the last of Jin.  There was no way he was going out like that at the end of season 4.  Jin is too bad ass to have died like a no-name.  Glad he is back and alive.  I imagine frightened and confused, but at least he's back!

OK, I'm no big fan of Bush W, but OMFG that's hilarious.  Hamas is well known around the world for it's terrorist actions.  But for those of you who do not keep up with current events, Hamas has a history of sending suicide bombers into Israel to blow up public places such as bus stops, cafes, grocery stores, malls and so on.  They routinely fire rockets into Israel, thus why Israel went on a rampage in Gaza blowing up shit left to right! 
So it cracks me up completely that a terrorist organization who has a doctrine of suicide bombings, the destruction of Israel and forcing Islam on the world has the audacity to call George Bush's policies CRIMINAL and UNJUST.  I'm sorry, but doesn't it seem a tad bit criminal and unjust to put on your nicest C4 suit, run across the border to Israel and blow up a Starbucks killing about 50 people?  Isn't it ironic... don't ya think? 

Windows Vista - The hot blonde chick that has an abysmal IQ. You are attracted by how good she looks, but embarrassed almost every time she opens her mouth. She's relatively easy to sleep with and most likely to have an STD. She swallows.

MAC (any) - The stuck up rich bitch that thinks she's better than everyone just because her father buys her whatever she wants. She is notoriously hard to sleep with and has sadistic tendencies (stemming from her narcissism), not likely to have an STD. Alternatively, if you ignore her, she'll do everything in her power to get your attention.

Linux (any) - The nerdy antisocial girl that would be cute if she wasn't so damn unkempt, she's also the least fit. She's more intelligent then the other two, but also excessively condescending. Her lack of a social life makes her practically asexual, but with persistence you can win her over. Once she discovers her sexual side she turns out to be pretty kinky. Does not have an STD, because she is still a virgin.

Windows XP - The cute chick that has a little bit of acne, intelligent enough to hold a pretty good conversation and with a pleasant personality. Gets too drunk and becomes pretty slutty at parties. You want to pursue, but her alcoholism is a little off putting, and she really isn't THAT hot. You'll probably get a cold sore, just saying man.

OK, I can't make this up... I swear it's real!  PETA whom I have no issues with, has this new campaign or concept going on... they want to rename FISH to SEA KITTENS!  Apparently it's a whole lot harder to harm a sea kitten by fishing or eating it, than it is to do the same to fish.  I am no big fan of fish... other than the occassional fish sticks or fish sandwich, but something in my mind would click and I would be like SEA KITTEN STICKS?  WTF NO WAY MAN!  So I guess they have a point on some psychological level. 
 
How long before I CAN HAZ SEA KITTEN?  or LOLFISH?

What can I say?  It's been a long time coming!  I had almost reached a point in life where I never thought it would happen and accepted it.  There is that geeky nerdy side of me that would have had no problem with it, but then again, it sort of goes against human nature and I am honestly the happiest I have ever been in recent memory 

Who am I kidding with that title? hehe!  Traci is absolutely awesome in so many ways and our first date (Jan 13th 2007) I will probably never forget with the exception of being turned into a brain eating zombie or the onset of Alzheimers.  We have done so much together, had so much fun, seen so many new things and I want that journey to continue. 

I probably should have posted this on August 15th when it actually happened, but I'm stuck between overly busy or the up-most procrastination.  Anyways, we are engaged and it is pretty damn wonderful!
