"Wastefest" thats why my bass player, new zealand roomie calls what we do pretty much every night on the ship. So yea, life on a ship. Lets see, every morning I wake up in a new port. Each one is a different island in the caribbean, which warm sun and beaches. The cabins we have arent bad. My roommate is cool as shit. The whole entertainment staff(cruise director, social hosts, musicians, dancers, and djs) are so cool. Everyone is super nice and welcoming on the entire ship. I pay 8 bucks for a bottle of stoli. 13bucks for a carton of cigarettes. And beers in the crew bar are 1.25. You can eat whenever you want. Its pretty sweet. I only work about 15 hours a week too. So i really cant complain. But yea, thats pretty much the life here. Everyone gets drunk and has a good time every night. Its a sweet deal, only .5% of the worlds population ever gets to live/work on a cruiseship. So i do feel pretty lucky. anyways, cheers! cya later.

Remember. Its been five years and it only seems like yesterday. I think its important to remember those men and women in emergency services who lost thier lives in the line of duty on that day. People need to realize that this day is not about conspiracies or terrorists. This day needs to be a memorial to those who died. So remember, and keep those in your thoughts who continue to serve in police, fire, and EMS. They put their lives on the line on a daily basis to serve and protect yours.
