so the madi diaz quartet just got back from a kick ass working vacation (thanks to tony lydgate) in kauai HI at the steel grass ranch recording studios (www.steelgrass.org) recording the brandy new madi diaz album...yet to be named. i'm trying my butt off to get some management for us so i can stop pulling out my hair and concentrate on school and life a little bit, and as far as some tour dates are considered, ya'll can expect us in the south or on the west coast for spring break, and in your neck o the woods for the summer! PLUS i'm finally working with a special lady from squeezebox studios (yay spanky!) www.squeezeboxstudios.com on my lil ol website. YAY! life in gear! yay motivation.

hawaii was ridiculous. everyone was fantastic and so so so so supportive. thank you to all on the island who plugged us/came to our shows/signed the mailing list etc. ya'll are real cool and were so sweet to the four of us.
we tried to play, swim, frolick, record, rehearse, unwind, and jump off off all the waterfalls we could before coming back on home. so now that i'm finally starting to get on top of our shit, you guys can expect us to be playing a little more often...and with some kickin new material as well.

HAPPY FRIGGIN NEW YEAR!!!!

Hey all you Boston folk...
We just got word that Emerson's radio station WERS 88.9 has been playing Madi's stuff pretty often, so if you'd like to catch a song or two, tune in... 88.9 FM... do it.

Also, we're scheduled to hit the radio studio next week. A live performance/interview will be broadcasted the following weekend. probably on saturday Oct. 14th during the Radiobeat show. Stay tuned.
