If so, the Russell Delegation is for you! For nearly 20 years, Russell Delegation has been singing praise unto God! We are currently recruiting new members who want to rejoice with us as we take a ministry to the next level and grow closer to God. We rehearse in Delaware, Philadelphia, and Maryland with rehearsals on Tuesdays and some Saturdays.
