Hey Folks,

We are auditioning Bass players and drummers. We have deals in place and pretty strong people behind us and I think it is key to have the right personnel behind the project. I will miss Nick and Tristan, the good news is we will keep kicking ass till I find the right replacements .... There is no drama between members and if there was I would not tell anyone if you want to hear gossip go to TMZ... It is just time to move on and do what is best for the project!

OK here is what we have going, and the criteria:

We have just started to audition drummers I have not listened to all the drummers yet or replied to everyone but I intend to. I have met some great players and cool people that have experience. One person stuck out, that I think is super cool and I can see being the next drummer. A blue collar, working class, great ethic, family man. No bullshit and great drumming. I think it is key to get the right people. In some cases I went on a leap of faith hoping I could mold an apple into an orange. Here is the point I am getting at, if a member is not up to caliber from the beginning they might get a little bit better in time but it usually is because you have to teach them and they will never ever do it by themselves... Musicians that are good from the beginning usually means better work ethic. We have deals pending I need talented people who can record and more so not blow deals we have in place with ridiculous actions.
The key to getting this gig is being a great player and being prompt on time and professional. If you are looking for drugs and are more interested in your free drink tickets than playing a kick ass show. I have your number I have played with your types before I will sniff you out . FUCK OFF.
If you do drugs lie and cheat etc... I will not put up with you for a second!! DO NOT APPLY! I DO NOT WANT YOU! This is a paid gig and we fly in and out of tour constantly internationally you can maintain a family life.... You do not have to do anything more than show up on time be mellow and easy to get along with .. kick ass... and be professional. I am not here to watch an idiot ride on my coat tails as they excessively talk about how cool they are and stroke their ego. We are here to play music not on spring break ... send your recorded or You Tube videos and contact info to badjacks@adelphia.net

I write this with a heavy heart. A dear friend of Three Bad Jacks layed down his life in Iraq 2 days ago and we just heard the news. Emerson was a great guy and he'll be missed by all that knew him.

The issue of Rockabilly Magazine that featured Three Bad Jacks on the cover was the fastest selling issue in the magazine's history.  It's also one of the most requested issues even though it sold out only a few weeks after it hit the news stand.  Rockabilly Magazine has decided to offer the issue as a download for only $1.50 and you can get it right here: http://secure.mycart.net/catalogs/catalog.asp?prodid=4933097&showprevnext=1
