People email me and ask, what is my diet like, how do I workout etc. So I tought to write here littlebit the subject. How one looks is more than skin deep ofcource, So feeling good is the key. To make me feel good, is taking good care about myself. Enough sleep, enough time just for me, I need alot time alone. I love people, but I also need alot time just for me and my thoughts.
The first thing as I wake up is brew alot of white or green tea. I take time drinking it, read some at the same time. I dont eat anything yet, just drink tea, that is because of the antioxidants and caffeine ( caffeine helps to burn fat) Then as I feel like it,(might take one or two hours,) I get dressed and go for my morning cardio. That is usually fast walking for 30minutes or so, If I have work commintments then I might skip the morning cardio, but usually I do any work related thing from afternoon onwards. My afternoon begins around 3-4pm.
After cardio I eat some organic apples or rye bread and drink whey protein. I also brew a big pot of Rooibos drink. It is like tea, but it is actually a herb that grows in Africa. It has again alot of antioxidants and other agents that work on cellular level for my wellbeing. I also rinse my scalp and body after a shower with this fluid.
I eat every 3 hours ( about) and usually chicken ( I wish to find more organic free grown chicken , but there is so limited availability) with it I eat rye bread again or wegetables and fruits. I never cook rise, but sometimes potatoes. Other meald could be quark and apples or pineapple.Or something like that. I do cook rise and meat every day, but only for my dog :)
Then I go to the gym,and what happens there, depends totally of how I and my training partner feel that day. Anything that I do there I do to the maximum. But I if I dont feel so strong that day, I can also take it easier. So I allways listen to myself. Years ago I allways wrote down sets, weights and reps. But not anymore. After weights I do about 20minutes of cardio on a treadmill.
After gym we might go to restaurant to eat with my training parner. Often it is Sushi or Thai food.
I also do Bikram yoga. That is done in a hall heated up to 40celsius and humid. It really makes me sweat! This is done maybe 2 times a week.So one day might have morning cardio, then gym for 60-90min and 90minutes of yoga on top of that. But usually I do weights and yoga on a separate days.
I am also very particular about skincare. I use Dr Sebagh and Dior products. I also love makeup, and my new favorite foundation is Dior..s capture totale! It is just the best, and packed with unique elements good for your skin, not just covering it. I also take advantage of latest skin science doctors use. Some of you might think botox or something. Well botox is great to hold back overly active facial mucles.And for that reason decrease wrinkling. But what world has to offer is much more that that. I also dont mean facelifts and such, there are alot of more interesting things. So I have skin doctors who I see every ear couple of time, the best ones are not in my country, but I do not care if I have to travel to the other side of the world to meet them. In fact next monday I will travel again to a fabulous rejuvenation clinic, where my skin is treated again with the best things world has to offer. I sometimes wonder how some people think taking good care of oneself, would be a negative thing. That just is out of my understanding. We take care and remodel our cars and houses, you dont refuel your car with some shit, but with the exact thing it needs. Also if a board on your house starts to cling, you nail it back. I read about new inventions and scientific puplications alot. It is completely nothing to do with the surgical makeovers that are so popular on tv right now. Happines is more deep than cutting and removing and lifting tissues. I cant understand the intention of programs where they operate on a person who wants to look like ones idol. I want that famous face I beleave is the name of that show. Person needs to find happines and wellbeing being your own unique person, not try to imitate anyone.

After my rejuvenation trip I travel to former Soviet Union for vacation. My mothers side is from there, Im half Eurasian, so that explains why some people say I have some asian features. My spirit also feels at home there.
As for sessions, I will travel to Nice and Milan during summer, and again to London at some point, well those I do atleast. I dont travel so much now, as my dear English Mastiff is so old now, and needs me at home as much as possible.
