Just wanted to mention two great bands I co-founded during my time in Memphis. The Subteens and Kitchens and Bathrooms. Turns out both are still around and in fact K&B has a new album out that is fantastic.

Please check both of them out:

Oh and things are going great with the great folks over at konsonant/

Keep a look out for new music soon.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I will be signing an exclusive deal with the superfab music licensing company konsonant. Five songs from my latest CD Two Amp Songs will be featured.
As well, Leo and I are still in the process of getting  brand new material together to record this summer(including Blank Slate and Falling Sky which can be hear on my page).

Ok, when the deal becomes official I will let everyone know!

Cool,
Sean

So a couple of people have asked "what's been up with you?" Well, other than trying to sneak in recording time with Leo, I've been busy writing the funny (it's one of my two day jobs). Come on by my new blog, Stupid Galore (stupidgalore.blogspot.com). It's all about the best of the worst comments left on message boards. So come on by kick the tires, read some posts and click on some ads. It's funny, I swear!

I just posted a pic from my time in LA (more to come). I got a chance to play a couple of songs with a supercool friend of mine, Jamie Walters.

In totally unrelated news, Jamie Walters is staring in a new VH1 show called Confessions of a Teen Idol which is launching Jan. 4th at 8pm. It is a must watch. Check it out.

Got a message the other day that my song What Does It Take was included on the latest TSPCountry Music podcast. It's damn cool to have a song considered country enough to make it on any country playlist.

Having lived in the south a couple times in my life seems to have worn off on me.  Oh and I love Bar-B-Que, especially The Bar-B-Que Shop in Memphis. Yum.

cool and happy holidays

I'm in LA for a month, no shows planned but out here driving Mrs. Cooper and doing some non-music work. If anyone has some suggestions on what to see or do, let me know!

Thanks

So I am getting ready to throw some of my 4-track demos up on the ol' Myspace. I am still aiming to get an EP out in 2009, but for now I thought maybe y'all might enjoy some new songs.

thanks!

Hey folks. Long time no talk. Still waiting for Mr. Overtoom and his cool boss Ben Folds to get off their never ending world tour! Haven't played out much this year but looking to book some dates for next year to go along with putting out what looks like will be a new EP. Hope everyone is having a great summer!!!

The supercool Carlo of RADIO BASILE has added "Born To Do" from Two Amp Songs to his player. Please go and give it a play on his page. Carlo's bio is really impressive so check it out!

it took over a year, but Amazon is finally selling TWO AMP SONGS. I have never understood why it takes so long to get it on there. Anyhoo, there it is.

Hey, if you get a chance, keep voting for me at MUSIC NATION! Thanks to everyone who has already voted. You rock.

thanks!
