But really. Who? Who, Harvey? Who is in your spot, pray?

We bought Team Fortress 2. I don't know why you don't have it. You are dumb. You should buy it, because it is awesome. Also, RED. Also, Team n1!. Speaking of games that aren't shitty, Left 4 Dead. You need that, too. And while you're at it, get Garry's Mod. Derp.

So Ash and I ordered some neato headphones online what got the fancy surround sounds and the beeps and the boops. But while they're being shipped here, we went ahead and bought ourselves the Razer Barracudas. We're going to see which ones we prefer and return the ones we don't like. So far, it seems like the Razers are alright, but neither of us are really in love with them. I hope the other ones are boss. Anyway, 5.1 Surround is better than regular headphones any day.

I love TF2, and Pink Floyd.

The end

As some of you already know, Ash and I took a little vacation. xD. We spent a few days in Birmingham, Alabama. We stayed with an oolllddd friend of Ash's, one he hadn't seen in four-ish years. Anyways, these are the pics for the epic win!

"Then you tried to move in with the Mrs. Winners."

Turner Field - Atlanta, GA

Turner Field - Still Atlanta, GA

Guess what field - More Atlanta, GA

This is the view from the apartments Ash used to live in, in Birmingham.

These are the apartments.

This walkway is fucking epic. Also, outside the old apartments.

I'm a shark! Suck my dick! Ash and I freaked the fuck out when we saw this mother fucking kite. We laughed so hard, and demanded pics. Because it's a meme. Rules 1 and 2 plox.

These elevators are also the own. This is the center of that one mall, that's in Birmingham. xD

Also epic house.

Since Ash took the liberty to clean up the living room and the desks, I took the liberty to show you my workspace, because it's very pretty and lots of things happen on it. :D

For once, this blog isn't a direct copy and paste off of my private journal. Needless to say, it contains markedly less information and... well, that's probably for the better.

Craig, Ash's best friend, came over for the New Year's... thing. We played some games, and worked on the site. The site you should have open in another window or tab right now. xD.

Somehow, Ash and I found ourselves at a table with Anji and Colby, and the likes of Alan & Co. That was something that just doesn't happen very often. We all ate ice cream. Except for Alan. He can't. He's lactose intolerant.

I lol'd at the arcade the other night. Ash lol'd too. Then Colby. Colby also lol'd.

Anyways, you guys all probably have our number. Call us sometime. Let's all get together and paint the town red, I guess. xD

Ciao.

So this morning, I was getting ready for work. I put on my dress, and my over shirt. As I was walking out the door, I noticed that some of the buttons on the front of my dress wouldn't stay buttoned. I looked over onto the desk and there was some electrical tape, and I was like, "fuck I have to tape the back of the buttons until I get to work and maybe find some safety pins." So I grabbed the tape and held it in my left hand, and ripped a piece off and stuck it to the back of my dress. Then I unrolled some more and saw the box cutter on the desk, with a brand-spanking new blade. I picked it up and started to cut the tape. The knife slipped.

Right into my middle finger.
I literally said out loud, "Oh, fuck."

I drove to work thinking they'd have a First-Aid kit there, etc., and I could go on with my day. A few minutes after I started driving, though, blood poured from my finger, and I saw how deep the cut was. It was very deep.

I got to work and the doors were still locked, and Rachel was there. I walked up to her, and she turned around and said hi. Then she noticed that I was crying, and she looked at my hand. My entire left hand was coated in blood, and I was dripping it onto the concrete. She screamed and asked what happened. All I could do was cry and say, "it hurts!"

She and Janice took me to Michael's, next door, and helped me wash some of the blood off. We went back to David's and Lorrie was there to unlock the doors. Rachel and I walked up to her, and I was still crying. Lorrie said, "Oh God, let me see-- yeah, that's gonna need some stitches, for sure. Let's go inside."

We went inside and Lorrie looked at it some more. She said, "No, you need to go to the hospital. Like, you're not staying here. Does anyone know where there's a hospital?" and everyone was like UM I DONT KNOW :( :( :(. Then Crystal got there, and she was freaking out because Rachel had called her while we were outside and she could hear me screaming in the background. So Crystal was like, "There's one by Countryside Mall, it's a Walk-in place." Rachel started wrapping my finger up as best she could with gauze and like a thousand band-aids. xD.

So I called Ash to let him know that I needed to go to a hospital, and I was crying and screaming. He told me to calm down and told me I'd be okay. He said he'd come and take me. So I waited at the store for a while. We opened up while I was waiting and I had to do some consulting. xD. The whole time, Lorrie was trying to calm me down, saying that stitches aren't that bad, bla bla bla, I'd be okay... then Mat walks in the door. Mat is Lorrie's son, and he also works there. Lorrie goes, "SHERALYN MUTILATED HERSELF. SHE WILL NEED SO MANY STITCHES. IT'S GONNA SUCK!" So I started crying again.

Ash showed up and while we were in the truck, I showed him the cut. It had closed by then, but he still said I'd gotten it pretty good. He just couldn't tell how deep it was. We went to the clinic place and after a bunch of waiting, we decided maybe it would be okay and we went to Walgreens for stuff. Because Ash said he'd had worse and he didn't have to go to the hospital.

So we took care of it here; whether or not I do need stitches, we're really not sure. We're seeing what it's doing right now and hopefully I won't need to go to a doctor.

THAT IS ALL CIAO.

Ash ordered for me a Wacom Intuos3 9x12. It has a price tag of a lot.
I will be receiving it in the mail within the next few days.

Thank you Ash :O
xD I've always wanted a Wacom! Ever since I knew tablets existed, I've wanted a Wacom. Oh man. I'm gonna go re-read the specs. Oh, we also decided that we each want an iPod... so that's happening too. Ash was like, "That's like 160 gigs!" xD. OOH we also bought Elebits and Metal Slug for the Wii last night. We almost bought Pangya... like, we had it up at the register for checking out... but we didn't really want it. xD.

Ciao.

Another late night at the office, if you will.

I've been jobless since the 3rd, awaiting my new job, which starts me on the 10th. It's making me hate sitting. I've never liked that period of time between jobs... shitty things always happen or shitty feelings always come about. I wish I had a reason to be typing these words right now other than "I'm really fucking bored." I don't have the car, either, so that's a no-go on hanging out with anyone.

I turned off my last.fm audioscrobbler because I didn't want my last.fm page filled with the same some four thousand times. I think it's a major flaw of mine that I don't get tired of songs. Ever.

I'm starting to wonder how the kids without jobs even function anymore. I already feel IQ leaking out of my head, though I think that might just be the internet's fault. When I think back to what I used to do after school for the ten hours I didn't have a job or have anyone over, I remember I played video games. Non-stop. For ten hours straight, every night. Hell, even when people were over, that's all I did. The only problem now is that there aren't any good games out save for Twilight Princess and I think I'm bound by a silent, unspoken contract to not play it without Ash. Super Mario 64, Disgaea, Drakengard, Katamari Damacy, the Mega Man Collection, Final Fantasy X (and ONLY X you fanboy motherfucks), Harvest Moon, fuck. Those were all new when I needed something to do. This was even before I had internet, and I still managed to survive. Just on new, good games. You just don't see that shit anymore.

Here's my problem with Trauma Center on the Wii. It's the same problem I had with Trauma Center on the DS. It's a fun, wonderful, amazing, beautiful game of joy and laughing times. Then I fail a mission and BAM, I'm bored. Having to play the same long-ass mission over again, even only once, kills it for me because every new mission is just that: new. Very different from the ones previous. The second a completely non-repetitive game becomes repetitive, I'm outie. so that's that logic. Fucking time bomb mission.

Hopefully Ice Cream Night will happen tomorrow. Here's crossing my fingers.

Ciao.
