As part of this years Némo festival Mira Calix will perform 3 concerts in
Paris with cellist Oliver Coates and video artist  Quayola.

The premiere of STRATA 2 will run as an installation at St Eustache cathedral for a week from the 1st of April.  Free entry.

The Némo festival is back at the Forum des Images, where it began 11 years ago. There are now five sections to showcase the best of cutting edge cinematic forms and new media art.  
Live cinema makes up the major part of the festival, with twelve live AV performances featuring 
seasoned stars such as Mira Calix, Byetone and Frank Bretschneider, or high profile new comers like  Anti VJʼs three-dimensional cinema and TvEstroyʼs audiovisual alien attack.
 Interactive installations will include the poetically funny Shadow Monsters by Philip Worthington ,
the  thrilling  Strata  #2  by  Quayola  and  Mira  Calix,  and 
chilling  interactive  installations  presented  by  Némo@Exit.  

Also  showing  are  a  seris  of  musical  feature  films 
(Stockhausen,  John  Cage,  Soulwax,  Arthur  Russell, John Cale, Patti
Smith, Michael Nyman, The Gun Club), and numerous diverse keynotes
(Universal Eveything, Partizan Lab, Tal Rosner, Quayola and Mira
Calix...)
Finally, of course, The International Panorama, Ouris, an
annual best-of new cinema with more than 120 shorts (CG animation,
hybrid cinema, motion graphic design, music video, advanced and
experimental cinema).

Thank you all for visiting this page and becoming Mira's friend, but I am not her and do not know how to get a hold of her. I love her music and thought that she could use a nice page. If you have any cool info or pics that you would like to share please do, I would really appreciate it.
