Wow what a way to start the new year! Liz's single Bad Medicine won BBC Manchesters 'Best Single of 2007'.

We caught wind of this very late in the day (December the 30th to be precise) thanks to Wes and Hilary White from Glastonbury who let us know Very Happy

BIG love and utmost respect to Hilary, who sadly is leaving Glastonbury Festivals this year Crying or Very sad We truely appreciate everything you've done for us in 2007 and hope you'll keep in touch on a personal level - x

We would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We'd also like to thank everyone for the amazing support we've received over the last year.

It's been a fantastic year for us, with many highlights, including the birth of my daughter - Nancy Belle. Two of our artists reaching the final of the Glastonbury Emerging Talent competition, and the result of Liz being made overall winner! Playing festivals such as Latitude, End of the road and of course despite the weather - Glastonbury. Touring abroad in places as diverse as Spain and Lithuania, but most of all, releasing music that we're passionate about and proud to be associated with. Respect must go out to Mr Denis Jones, all of Cortina Deluxx, Liz Green, Yoss the boss, Dunk le chunk (Red Deer Club), Baked Goods and Nathan Beazer (Dog Day Press) who all helped make it happen in 2007 Very Happy

We have loads planned for 2008; new artist additions, new releases, new tours and last but not least, some well needed updates to our website - we know it's in need of some more improvements and we will be concentrating on making those changes happen in the new year!

For now though, enjoy the festivities and bring on the New Year...

Congratulations to Liz Green, not only did she win the Acoustic Stage part of the competition but she was announced as overall Main stage winner too 



We are very proud but not in the least bit suprised that she has done so well...

We are very pleased to anounce the imminent arrival of the long awaited debut album by Denis Jones - 'humdrum virtue'

This limited edition, beautifully packaged / hand finished CD will be available to buy at all good record stores from April onwards but you can purchase it early from our online shop at the end of this week Very Happy
