Front242 is in the process of writing music for a promising new Video Game: "Cipher Complex". At the moment, we are scoring the 'cinema' tracks that will be used in the marketing campaign for Cipher Complex.

In August 2006, the Belgian label ALFA MATRIX will celebrate its 5th anniversary. For the occasion, a special deluxe carton box double-CD label compilation, "alfa matrix - re:connected [2.0]" will be released featuring exclusive and previously unreleased material from ALL artists in the matrix. And as a special feature to make this release even more valuable to collector's, an extended colour booklet is included to visually enhance the experience!

This special budget compilation serves as a BIG "thank you" to all fans, DJs, promoters and journalists who have supported the label since its launch.

The exclusive showcase by Front 242 at the Aarschot Jeugdcentrum De Klinker is sold out so we have just been informed. The show will act as a preproduction warm-up for our US vintage tour taking place in autumn 2005. Since there are only 300 places available, Alfa Matrix customers and streetteam members have been informed first after which it only took minutes to see all tickets gone. There is no point in contacting the venue for extra tickets, they are all gone.

A brand new Front 242 live DVD, entitled "Catch the men", is about to hit the online streets. Pre-orders have already started yesterday evening for the Alfa Matrix customers. In a reaction the bands says: "The release of this live DVD is more a 'thank you' to the band's loyal fans than an official product to be sold via the usual distribution channels."
