The new album "EGOD" is completed, it's time to hear something new about Sawthis music.
Here it is the live video of "Act Of Sorrow", song included in the "EGOD" album.
10 new songs for the new album and a guest: Daniele "Axo" Galassi from Infernal Poetry.
He played the solo guitar in "Barabba", the most atypical song that Sawthis has never written.

Completato ormai il nuovo album "EGOD", è tempo di assaporare un po' di nuova musica targata Sawthis.
Ecco a voi il video live di "Act Of Sorrow", brano che andrà a far parte di "EGOD"
L' album sarà composto da 10 brani e vedrà la partecipazione in veste di ospite di
Daniele "Axo" Galassi, mastermind degli Infernal Poetry, che sarà alle prese con la chitarra solista in "Barabba", sicuramente il brano più atipico che i Sawthis abbiano mai scritto.

Vi starete chiedendo il perché di questo silenzio in un periodo in cui gli aggiornamenti dallo studio dovrebbero fioccare come la neve. E’ presto detto: siamo incappati in un’ annosa questione che ci ha ostacolati non poco: dopo 12 anni, siamo stati costretti a cambiare monicker a causa di un’omonimia con la black metal band statunitense, la quale, pur utilizzando questo nome da meno di noi, è riuscita ad ottenerne l’esclusività. E’ stata dura da accettare, ma non potevamo fare diversamente. D’ora in avanti i Sothis italiani si chiameranno SAWTHIS e i nuovi contatti saranno

You will be asking why this Hush in a period like this when the studio updates should be very frequent.
Here it is: after 12 years, we have been forced to change monicker because of a homonymy with an american black metal band that has obtained the exclusive right,although started  using the monicker  later.
It has been hard to accept, but we could do nothing.
From now the italian Sothis will be called Sawthis e the new contacts are:

Finalmente il successore di Fusion ha un nome!
La scelta è caduta su "EGOD" e ne siamo veramente soddisfatti.
Inoltre da questo 15 gennaio entreremo in studio per le registrazioni e per almeno un mese saremo impegnatissimi a dare il meglio di noi.
Presto pubblicheremo i primi video dallo studio.

Siamo lieti di annunciare che la ricerca del nuovo cantante è finita!
Dopo varie audizioni la scelta è ricaduta su Alessandro Falà dagli Ignition Code, cantante dalle grandi doti vocali che permetterà di ampliare ulteriormente il vocabolario sonoro della band. Potete cliccare qui per vedere una foto della nuova line-up.
Cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziare anche i molti ragazzi/e che si sono proposti, da tutta Italia, con grande professionalità, personalità e passione, in questi mesi.
E' stata una grande dimostrazione di affetto!!!
