Join Bellowhead and guests below decks for a night on the high seas to celebrate New Year's Eve.

With The Clore Ballroom and foyers at Royal Festival Hall decked out for a unique nautical-themed show, the band perform special sets alongside DJs, a host of first-mate guests and all manner of ship-shaped fun from games to sea-shanties at this one-night party.

Shortly before midnight* the party moves outside to an exclusive terrace overlooking the Thames, where you can enjoy London's incredible fireworks and skyline away from the crowds. Then head back inside where we give one final hurrah for 2009 and welcome 2010 in spectacular style.

We are pleased to announce that the Members Bar will be open on New Year's Eve for all Full and Dual Members attending our New Year's Eve party. Raise a glass to the New Year while enjoying one of the best views of the River Thames.

*weather permitting

Hope to see you there

An invitation to a wedding with a difference, which could change the way you see the world forever.

Storms and icebergs. Sea Shanties and dead mariners. An albatross shot down. What are the consequences when a careless act disturbs the delicate balance between humanity and nature?

Samuel Taylor Coleridge's classic poem comes to life in a major new outdoor production beside the river Thames with original music written and performed by Bellowhead and a cast of 150 children from local primary schools.

There will be two FREE performances on the Riverside Terrace in front of the Royal Festival Hall on Saturday 4th July 2009 at 12pm and 3pm.

Hi All,

Our second Southbank Centre "Bellowsession" will happen on Sunday 21st September 2008 outside the Riverside Room - a large portakabin found on the river side of the Queen Elizabeth Hall, close to Waterloo Bridge. We'll be doing two 45 min slots at 12.00 and 17.00, and the music can be found here: http://www.bellowhead.co.uk/sessiontunes.html. There's a foodie theme to the proceedings as the Slow Food Market will be going on around us.

Please come along, bring an instrument and join us in playing a few tunes. We look forward to seeing you all there!!!
