Europe was brilliant. Thanks in boot-fuls to everyone who put us on, put us up, put up with us, came, went, clapped, fed us, drank us, touched us appropriately and inappropriately. We made it, we sang, we won, we fell over, we shouted and were forced to return.
This Thursday at 3.30pm we're playing in the Museum in Cardiff, in the upstairs Gallery, directly between a Damien Hirst and a Bridget Riley. Come, don't steal or smash things & bring hands to cover your ears or the echo will destroy you. It's inside of the Sight of Sound exhibition, which is great - make sure you look round. It's part of SWN festival, part of RESPOND - download our song from this site on thurs. Read THIS to understand - or THIS. It's free to get in (you don't need a SWN wristband)
Then on Friday we're playing SWN festival,
in Chapter Arts Centre, with Wet Dog, King Alexander and lots of other
girls. We're on at 10pm, but there is a lot of good stuff/noise on 2 stages from early till late.
Next Tuesday we’re at the beautiful Riverside
Studios in London – part of the two week long, 6music Fresh on the Net festival -
curated by Tom Robinson. Here. We also feature on a Guardian mixtape produced in
conjunction with the festival, available FREE from the Guardian Website.
On Thursday we’re at Camden Barfly, with the Chapman Family for an XFM/Xposure night. Barfly
That’s it I think for now…xx

We're leaving for Europe today - this is genuinely the map i made to navigate us around: i am totally positive that we will get to everywhere, and not be late or get lost at all.
Ireland was good fun on Sat. It was a war between the Irish, the English, the Welsh (um...us of course..) and the Scottish. I have never played a gig in Ireland without drinking less than 6 pints of Guinness and I have never played a gig in Ireland and been able to see in a straight line. i also learnt that Guinness + Aeroplanes = Sick.
Lets go! I'll see you in ...... see above.

Right now in the National Museum in Cardiff there is an exhibition called The Sight of Sound. It has work by Damien Hirst, Wassily Kandinsky, Paul Klee, Bridget Riley and Josef Herman, as well as a photograph by Roger Fenton. We made a song about this picture and you can listen to it in the museum - inside the exhibition.
We're also going to play a LOUD and WHITE gig in the museum, in said exhibition on 22nd Oct, in the afternoon.
Read this:
It's part of the Respond project: The song will be on there on 22nd Oct - the day of the show.
While you're there, listen to this We're going away on tour in the GREAT EU next week, YES, when we're back, we'll be playing at SWN festival...and then some more shows soon, in London perhaps i think.
See you at the abbey xxxxxxxx

I'm listening to the new album on 12" vinyl right now. It sounds really amazing. You can have it too in about a weeks time - you can get it in good indie shops or from our label or from us. It comes with a download code inside so you have it like that too. Even though you've got it on CD already...
Launch gig in the beautiful Norwegian Church tonight, with Right Hand Left Hand, and performance/fury/ranting foreplay from Sir DC Gates of Gindrinker fame - 8pm - don't be late

Cheers to all who came down to the museum last night. It
felt really odd in a very good way. It was reverb-tastic. I felt like the Queen
when she sings to Harry on his birthday.
From one old place to another – we’ll celebrating the new
album release by playing in the Norwegian church – a beautiful wooden white
church built for the Norwegian sailors in what was then Tiger bay
We will be joined by the two original Norwegian sailors Right Hand Left Hand . Very excited hear
their glorious noise in such a glorious building.
It will be a special and fun night of noise and pleasure. And
it’ll be our last Cardiff show for a while - be there or be a Norwegian sailor
with claws for hands
