Hey just letting everyone know That we are about done with the album's mixing. As in we are done but then comes mastering and then comes pressing. So don't expect a physical copy anytime soon. But the plan is to put it out as vinyl(w/ digital download) and on itunes. So it is very exciting I think.

So far it sounds like the replacements if they were to depressed to drink or maybe their parents all showed up at the recording sessions. Some of our chaotic elements have been toned down to push out the simple beauty of the songs(That sounds retarded when I read it back). Mainly I'm really just proud that there some kind of document of us as a band and that for the most part its on our terms.

I tell you that three out of five people in the band think it amazing and the other two are weigh too self critica, those poor bastards. Oy vey.


So the plan is for a november/december release. I'm thinking 500 pressed on vinyl. Maybe sooner but we'll see. I'm not sure what we actually plan on doing with the album after that. Any thoughts?

These songs cull from all different line-ups and mix-ups of the bad friend and all those that sail with her. Each song on here is completely new to the listener's ears because no one outside of the band has heard any of this stuff. Unless you were there when the magic went down.

If you were at the show you'll notice that none of the songs we played are on this mix. That's just how it goes, however this lo-fi mini epic has enough booty bumpin and heart pounding to make you forget.
