Hey y'all!

Yes, I know that they most likely don't say "y'all" here in Boston, but I had some strange urge to use the word.

I digress! I am posting this new blog to let all of you know that I have a new video, with a NEW SONG out in cyber world! I must direct you to my Facebook Fan Page in order to view it though. Please check it out, leave a comment, say hi...you know I love to hear from all of you! I have a little blurb written up with it, so go watch!!

I'll add the link at the bottom of this blog. If it doesn't work, just go to Facebook search, and type in "Samantha Schultz." You should be able to find my Fan Page from there.

Thank you, my dear listeners, for continuing to listen! This Edmonton-grown gal is sending you love from the East Coast! For all my American fans: I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, ate lots, and enjoyed time with your family. Only three weeks until I return home to E-Town for Christmas Break!!!

Love!
Sam

Hello, my lovely listeners!!

Yesterday night, I sang at one of Berklee's performance venues: The Red Room at Cafe 939. The show was called "Canada Night," and it featured myself, and other talented, Canadian artists and students from Berklee. Please check out the link below to see some of the coverage that's going down!

Happy reading :)

Current mood:  thankful
To my dear listeners:

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the support and love I have received from all of you. To reach a number like that on my player is a ridiculous accomplishment, and I have no one to thank but ALL of YOU!!

Again, thank you, thank you, thank you, for I could not have experienced this moment without your interest in this here gal.

Mucho amore from the East Coast!!

Hey guys:

I know it's been a terribly long time since I put up some new stuff, but you shall wait no longer! I have a new demo song up on my player called "Ink To Paper" that I wrote a while back. Please enjoy! And remember, YouTube is where you can catch a lot of my newer material and performances, so don't be afraid to do a search on there for my music!

I had the most incredible Juno weekend. I spent most of my time at the Artist Sanctuary at the Loden Hotel. The Artist Sanctuary was THE place to be! Andy did an AMAZING job putting the whole thing together! It was first class all the way...food, drinks, and free swag for the talent. No other event could compare! He couldn't have done it without so many people helping him-Sarah, his right hand "Menno", Kevin, Jonathan, Jordan, Mark, Dustin and Barb, head of public relations of the Loden Hotel. Sorry to anyone I may have forgotten to mention.

I met so many people, famous-Dallas Green, Ed Robertson from The Bare Naked Ladies, Jacob Hoggard and George Stroumboulopoulos, among others and not so famous, and some of them were unbelievably talented! I shared the Sirius Satellite stage with The Midway State, Said The Whale, illScarlett, The Arkells, Hey Ocean! and others who dropped in and did a couple of songs; Canadian royalty Ron Sexsmith, Aidan and Jean-Paul from the band Maurice, Shawn Hlookoff. Besides going to the Gibson after party and the Juno awards show (courtesy of Andy for my birthday!) on Sunday afternoon, one of my highlights of the weekend was jamming with 2 incredible musicians-Eric Solomon and Mark Luongo. Everything was just so spontaneous, sometimes with words, sometimes without. It was the true definition of jamming!

I met some great new people and now consider them my friends-Jordan, who is so much fun and was so good at spreading the word about me; Mark, talented musician and all round great guy; Dustin, so nice and extremely energetic; Sarah, who I got to know a lot better and all of my salon buddies from The Loft in Whistler B.C.-Jack, Nicole and Anaïs. They cut and styled my hair all weekend! They were all so much fun to hang around with. Hugs to all of you!

It was one of the best weekends I've ever had and I am so thankful for the opportunities. I am one very lucky girl!

Cheers,
Sam

Good morning everyone,

Thanks for all of the great feedback on my version of 'White Christmas'. Yes, that is my younger sister Emily singing harmonies.

Apparently, some people are having problems with downloading the song. I checked and I did click the appropriate box for downloading. I personally have never downloaded any songs from here before, so if anyone out there can leave some instructions on here, please do. In the meantime, I've sent a message to customer service to ask for help. Have a great day!
