Sometimes you meet people, they're nice people and admirmable people but they're fake. What do I mean by fake? They say the right things, they say them in the right tone, with correct mannerisms and timing...but they're fake. Everybody else just swallows it because it seems fine and why wouldn't it... I can't though. The person, those people know it--they see and feel that you don't swallow it. Then in a moment so they feel vindicated they put their clothing to the test and they hold it to your nose and ask you to believe their sayings, and who they say they are. Yet they fail to convince you, but there is nothing to convince of but their 'fake-ness'. At this point most people would give in so these people's, this person's fake-ness isn't exposed and they're rendered invalid. Yet I don't. Then everybody knows they're fake. Yet they still go on...trying to pick themselves up but the damage is done. So now all everybody sees is that they're fake and that you don't put up with fake-ness though it has roots in reality. Fake...

I haven't written herein in a long while. I've been mobile... I've been mobile physically and spiritually speaking as well too. (Let Him that Readeth Understand.) Now in a technological sense I am mobile once again. Which is the chief reason why it is that I am updating this here MySpace blog. I got an Espresso Brown Sidekick LX on the 2nd of March. Although I had attempted to get it on the 29th of Feburary I was told I had to wait till Tuesday (the 2nd of March) most likely or Thursday. For I wanted the Midnight Blue Sidekick LX. However it was not like that. I ended up having to cancel the plan I opened on the 29th and get a new plan from a different store that actually had an actual Sidekick in the store. After about 2 and a half hours I had a working Sidekick LX and having been unable to obtain one I had acquired a fondness for the Espresso Brown Sidekick LX. So hither I am typing this update to this MySpace blog. In regards to my opening about being mobile I feel like I have 'become' mobile that I have been a landline and now I am mobile. I can move about now and I have. It's very hard to explain, or rather put in words that which is meant to be known and felt and not be put into words. Mobile...are you?

Worship Revolution Tour

I got to actually see the concert unlike my previous attempt a while back going to see Mute Math lol :-P

This is my second time seeing Delirious?--the last time I saw them was back in 2005 and I got to meet them and got some stuff signed. This would be my sister's third time seeing them.

Anyways we still got there late, but just by a little bit. The gig started at 7:30PM and we got there a little bit afterwards at like 7:45PM so it wasn't too bad.

As we walked up with my Brother, Sister, and my friend William we asked the people at the gate that we needed to purchase tickets--they directed us to the other side of the building.

Walking to get our tickets a lady popped up out of nowhere and my sister quickly asked her where it was that we needed to buy tickets.

The lady just pulled out some tickets and said, "...here, so you won't have to buy any...oh, and you buy tickets over there..." I thanked her and with that she left and we couldn't find her anymore.

We went in and they tore my ticket up--why they have to tear it in such a matter?

Anyways we headed straight for the bathroom as we had been in the car since like 5PM or so.

I headed towards the merch section and bought a Delirious? T-Shirt and the Opening act's CD even though I hadn't heard her before--Vicky Beeching.

After finding everybody--cos they had gotten lost, we went in, but William and my brother went and sat somewhere else and my sister and I sat together very close to the back.

Vicky Beeching was playing on the piano whilst singing. I was really taken by her lyrics and her delivery. I instantly liked her musical style.

Shortly thereafter there was an intermission. My sister and I tried to find closer seats to the front, which we did and I called William and told them where we were sitting and to sit with us. However they didn't but did moved closer.

I went outside for I had signed up with the local radio station to be let in backstage, however I asked around and I couldn't find them.

I quickly went back to the merch section seeing if I could find them there and saw that Vicky Beeching was out and about talking to some people. I quickly went back in and got the CD I had gotten--opened it and got out my Sharpie. I asked my sister if she wanted to come with me and she did.

I got in line and waited for about 7 minutes or so. When it was my turn I asked her if she wrote all her songs, which she replied, yes. I told her that I was really blessed by her singing and her performance and she smiled. She signed the cover of her CD and asked for my name--she stopped and I said, "...yeah, let me spell that out for you..." and I proceeded to spell out my name. She handed me the cover of her CD, I blessed her and thanked her as did my sister.

We went back in but they hadn't started yet.

I went to the bathroom yet again and heard the countdown going and I ran in. I went directly to the front, where the crowd was and began to jam out.

Delirious? brought out their children and wives to the stage for a little bit--introduced and they stayed there for a song.

Afterwards they asked Vicky Beeching to come up to the stage to sing along with them. Once again I was taken by her delivery and her lyrics in spite that they were Delirious?'s. She then stepped out and surprisingly came down to where the crowd was, directly behind me--like she was behind me--like I turned around and saw her and her red shoes lol :-P. I don't know if anyone noticed her but I did. It was cool. :-D

The concert ended but Delirious? came out for an encore and I recorded it.

It was shaky due to the vibration and the jumping. I kept on showing the side--what seems to be the cieling because you could see Stew Smith playing the drums as a shadow.

So anyways afterwards my sister and I waited to take a picture with Vicky Beeching and asked a girl behind us to take the picture.

Afterwards we went this little store where I bought a DJ Maj CD, a Dr. Pepper and some water and I talked to one of the cashiers there about the military and where we were from and how long we had to drive for.

We then drove for a little bit and went to eat at Wendy's.

It was amazing. Yay! :-D

A full swing...went to another Mute Math Concert.

However this one involved a lot more effort and I didn't make the show.

This one involved me getting out of work, studying for a test, taking the test in under 25 minutes, driving to the Metro and walking there.

My sister tagged along as she hadn't ever seen Mute Math in concert but alas we got lost after we got out of the Metro and after walking aimlessly for about 20 minutes we decided to take a cab.

When the cab pulled up amongst a throng of people my sister and I both knew that the concert was over.

We had joked that all we were going to do is see them (Mute Math) and get autographs--and that's what we ended up doing.

I attempted to go in as to buy a shirt, poster, or another CD--something to get them (Mute Math) to sign. We were told we didn't have a stamp.

I then saw people with Mute Math DVD and I wanted one.

I spoke to a girl that was standing there and asked her if she could go in and buy me one and that I would give her $20 if she did and asked her how much it was.

She replied that it was $20 and said that she didn't want the other $20--she'd just get it for me.

After she got it for me it was off to Darren to get my DVD signed

and I reminded him that I was at the Springfield, MO show way back in Feburary 22, 2006--that I was the Hispanic guy that was there--quite possibly the only one there (there was another guy with beside me there too but I don't recall his ethnicity) He spoke to me of this thing he's going to be doing (Pride in Springfield)

Then off to Greg and I reminded him that he had given me one of his guitar picks. We talked about Springfield, MO and places in MO.

Then Paul Meany came out

and I got him to sign my DVD and told him that he had let me play his 'electric' sound-making 'guitar' thing. I told him that I liked his raps he did while in Earthsuit very much, while my sister was taking a picture of us. He replied by asking me if I had gotten the last CD Earthsuit had put out--TROMS. To which I replied yes.

I told him that I very much enjoyed how his rhythm and timing--his voice was in "Foreign' and "Against the Grain". I asked him about the thing with Ill Harmonics--the, "...you can get with this or you can get with that..." to which both him and I sang along and then chimed in, "...engine engine number nine on the NY transit line..." and then we both chuckled.

I told them I would continue praying for them--for all the things and happenings that had previously happened with their label and for them and I blessed him and so did my sister as well.

With that we were off. We flagged down a cab then got on the Metro. Got to the parking lot went around in circles in the parking garage and drove home.

It was astounding.
