I just posted a new demo of "Half a Lifetime."  Please check it out and let me know what you think.

It sounds pretty crummy, but I guess that's kinda the point.  Ever heard a small guy Robert Johnson?

Also come out to 3 Clubs Wednesday night at 10:30.  The full band's playing and it's gonna be raucous, who knows I may even manage to play a 6 string guitar this time.

Hello Chillens,

I'm thinking I'm gonna post the EP for streaming tonight, because I'm just that kinda guy.  The EP's came and went so I'm gonna run another 50, again because I'm that kinda guy.  So if you didn't get one, be sure and make it to El Cid on Friday so I can give you one.  Booyah.

Go Lakers,

This is the second track off the Sheriffs EP, it's called dust and it's for your enjoyment.

Also note the set at 3 Clubs will be solo and will begin promptly at 10!

Buckaroos,

Brando and 2 out of 3 Sheriffs are set to rock the mighty and majestic 3 Clubs cocktail lounge on Wednesday April 8th at 10pm. If you know me, and/or any Sheriff, you will know that this is our home away from home and consequently will set the backdrop for an excellent time. Also if you haven't gotten an EP yet, this would be an excellent time to do so, as they're almost gone.

Hey Guys, thanks to everyone who came out to the show the other night. Sean and Zander killed it! Go see them play whenever you can, it's a seriously rewarding experience. Also, the Luxury Wafers session is now up and they're gonna post the video real soon, that was the sheriffs' first outing so check it out, it's pretty sick www.luxurywafers.net

All in all not a positive review for most, but a decent one for the Sheriffs' official debut.

Dudes,

Just wanted to update you folks that I have a band now; some of my best friends are popping in and out doing sets with me. These dudes are:

Jeff "The Busiest Man in Hollywood" Lynn on guitar
Michael "Shades" Harris on bass
Michael "Wags" Wegener on Drums

These are the Sheriffs! Give them a round of applause. They deserve it.

Kids,

I'm playing at Tangier on the 19th, that should be quite a bit of fun. Just solo, no band this time around. The real juicy bits however is that I'm gonna be doing a set at the Buddyhead X-Mas party with my pals Jeff, Mike and Mike. Word around the water cooler is that there will be sets from Nick Jago of BRMC, Josh Homme of Queens, Autolux and the ever-elusive, but vastly relevant Wires on Fire (gasp!).

In other news, I've began work on the b-side meaning that this "record" may actually happen. It's called "Dust."

Season's Greetings,
b
