Hey all,

We just got our masters back from good ole Nick Zampiello of New Alliance, and we are pretty psyched on them.  Four tracks from the upcoming album are posted for your criticisms and/or enjoyment.  Also, the album is called Nothing Collapses.

Thanks to everyone who came to the This Will Destroy You / Lymbyc System show and making it a special night for us.  Thanks to the Bottom  Lounge for having a hilariously large backstage, giving us our own dressing room with our name on it, and providing us with PBR and Sparks.  Turns out the dressing room was pretty necessary for Keith's midset costume change into the zebra print leotard.

few things.

we are playing some wild crazy kool shows with CURSIVE and PELICAN coming up in the near future and you should probably come to them. here is why:

1) NEW SONGS

that is right, we’ve got some new bangers. one features a particularly heavy ending, which i absolutely love playing because all the hardcore kids nod to their friends when it hits.  others are big and epic and loud and quiet at times and feature lots of tremolo picking and delay and overdrive and ...vocals. "VOCALS!?", you may exclaim - yes, vocals is right.  here they are so you will know them and can sing along because that is the only way to do it:

2) NEW SHIRTS

hot new stuff coming your way.  designed by our talented friend and artist jeff kolar. check out the design under our pictures. the shirt is going to be loud and rowdy. probably be selling them for 10 USD, unless we are playing a clear channel venue, in which case we will charge you 45 USD.

3) DEMO 2K7 AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD ON MYSPACE

yup. it has been "released" for over a year now so it is time to declare this intellectual property communal. wear it, share it, pump it on yur alpine with your homies.

4) SUMMER PLANS

perhaps releasing a split with Mans. perhaps recording a full length record. for sure touring so BOOK US IN YOUR TOWN! i need some new pants because all mine have ripped due to fierce power stances = we need to hit the road.  keith also needs bodywash and mike hasn’t had pink eye in a while = we need to hit the road. nick needs to drive our asses across the country = we need to hit the road.

so yeah come find us around town and so we can self aggrandize and talk about our own band and act profound while we discuss the immanence of our "soundscapes".
