I just let MySpace check my GMail address book for people who are already registered. Believe it or not, it found about a dozen! The scary part, though, is that it then offers me to send all my other contacts an invitation to MySpace. A hundred in one click! Talk about going viral.

I'm not sure I want to be warned by a pop-up window that Firefox on OSX doesn't allow me to run the advanced editor each time I want to post to my blog. And I don't like the fact that "blog" here seems to mean "post" ("New Blog" for example).

I've signed up for MySpace so that I could look around a bit. I'm not sure I like the flashy ads, and it seems a bit overwhelming to start with. Lots of stuff to do around here!
