Oh yeah, there IS more than just shagging in Charleston.  We have partnered with the Charleston Swing Dance Association (www.charlestonswing.com) and will play for a wonderful regional event they are hosting, called the Charleston Lindy Exchange (www.charlestonlindyexchange.com).  It will take place the weekend of May 10-13, 2007.  We are playing for the Saturday evening event at the Charleston Yacht Club.

These ambitious folks have done a lot to teach and promote Swing, Salsa, Lindy, the Charleston and many other dance styles in our fair city.  They host monthly events on the third Thursday of each month at Henry's on the Boulevard in Mt. Pleasant.  Tomorrow is the next one, and a couple of us will be there to kick up some dust.  Find out more at www.swingsenorita.com or on their MySpace Page.
