Olá a todos,

Alguns podem já ter reparado que o nosso nome diz agora V. Economics em vez de Voodoo Economics. A razão é simples, já existia uma banda com o nome Voodoo Economics e por questões de copyright acabámos por mudar o nosso. Como nunca tivemos muito jeito para nomes e não queríamos fugir muito ao que tínhamos antes limitámo-nos a abreviar o Voodoo para V.

Já agora, os outros Voodoo Economics são malta porreira de Philadelphia. Andam por aqui.

Some of you might have noticed that our name has been changed from Voodoo Economics to V. Economics. There is a simple reason for this. There already was a band with the name Voodoo Economics and due to coyright issues we ended up changing ours. Since we've never been too good with names and we didn't want to stray too far away from our former name we decided to simply abbreviate Voodoo to V.

By the way, the other Voodoo Economics are some nice folks from Philadelphia, you can check them out here.

Finalmente! Acabámos de gravar o nosso EP de estreia! Estamos muito orgulhosos deste nosso primeiro trabalho "a sério" e esperamos que vocês gostem também. Ainda temos que tratar de umas quantas coisas antes de poder disponibilizar o disco (ainda nem sabemos bem como é que o vamos fazer), mas enquanto esperam podem ir ouvindo as músicas que temos aqui no myspace.
O disco é composto por 5 temas e chama-se Shapes & Sounds. A tracklist é a seguinte:

Finally! We've finished recording our debut EP! We're really proud of the work we've done and we hope you can enjoy it too. There is still a number of things to sort out before we release the EP (We don't even know how it will be released yet), but while you wait you can listen to a couple of the songs here on myspace.
