Lucia will be appearing on RTE's 'Late Late Show' this week (Fri 16th Oct) performing a track from her upcoming album. The song she will perform live with the house band is a very unique interpretation of 'Cry Me A River'.

Lucia's new album, entitled Natural Woman, will be available on iTunes from the 16th October.

Lucia will be releasing, what will her debut album, very shortly. The album was recorded live in Galway's Townhall Theatre in March this year. More details to follow shortly.

Hey guys!!!

So I got back home from the Speech level Singing vocal seminar that I did in LA and I have to say, this whole jet lag thing is a bit of a killer. One minute I have more energy than I know what to do with and the next, all I want to do is sleep for days.

All that said, I had a great 10 days...the weather was beautiful, I learned A LOT about the music industry that I never would have found out otherwise, got to meet some of the business's legends and made some wonderful friends!I mean the lead singer from the legendary 'Toto' sang and my goodness, can he sing. Jamie Jones from All 4 One perofrmed as well and that was great for me 'coz I idolised them when I was in primary school! On top of all that, I got to take a few of Jamie's classes as well some amazing songwriting classes with Rob Seals, a truly great teacher...and let's not forget Claytoven Richardson who took the backing vocals class I was in. He was and still is something of a well of wisdom for me and made me realise that this business is about 99% hard work.

And yes, I did make some great friends. It's funny...LA is often perceived as a very plastic place and in some instances it can be. But there are a lot of lovely, down to earth people over there who just tell it like it is and I was lucky enough to meet a few.

Anyway, I'm gonna stop rambling on...hopefully I'll have some of the new songs out for you guys sooner rather than later. Until then...
