Elexx - DJ set @ The Institute - Edinburgh UK - 15th March 2007.

I'm pleased to reveal i will be playing at the next Institute night in Edinburgh on the 15th of March. I will be playing my usual blend of minimal techno/house and will preview some new tracks from my forthcoming EP on Tribal Waves Records (release date tbc). Here's a bit of PR by Kennybreaks - the man behind the Institute nights:

We're back again on the fifteenth to celebrate the launch of Elexx's latest minimal techno EP 'The Beginning of The End' on Tribal Waves Records. Having been a friend to The Institute from the start we felt it only right to have a wee party for him

You can download his last EP 'Lifecycles' from www.avionixrecords.com and soon the new EP from the Tribal Waves website. Elexx is also looking forward to another EP later this year on AVXR with Edinburgh's Patrick Walker and a release in France with Olivier S. Quite a busy guy so we're honored to be hosting this most auspicious of occasions!

Joining Elexx we have our new residents Defyne and Luka who will take you from minimal to maximum across the spectrum and Aztec Al is popping in to tap cigs and buy drinks for everyone! hooray!

Not long now until autumn is here, and i've started work on a new project for the winter called "Contract Killer". A darker - more electro-tek sound from the previous elexx releases...the first release will be on 12" and should be available in record shops before the beginning of 2007 :)

A follow up from the "lifecycles EP"is also in the pipeline...
