Finally saw Avenged Sevenfold on January 24th Brixton Academy and it was absolutely amazing!we left about 1.30ish and got to Brixton about 2.30,got there and thought...oh fuck..where actually is this place  it was quite funny randomnly following a group of 3 alternatives who looked like they were going..

so we get there and the building is absolutely huge and there's about 15 to 20 people already there..which wasn't bad.we were quite lucky actually..lol.it's quite warm and we're sitting against the building on the floor occasionally swigging some absinthe we brought with us in a evian bottle..haha (john's idea!bless him!!)

after about 2 hours in the queue it starts to get cold and there's probably about 2000 people queueing around the building..there were alot of kids who really pissed me off cos they were just chatting about school and shit and i was like..shut up!!! talk about avenged you sad people!!lol bless them..there were some italian girl fans who travelled down from italy to see Avenged..i thought that was really awesome..now that's fucking loyalty..shadows seemed to think that too when he chatted to them after performing 'almost easy'..there were alot of chavvy guys around who were ruining it..they were jumping around in the queue like dickheads and had their boxers hanging out of their jeans..SO CHAVVY!i hate people like that!they were shouting machine-fucking-head!! and it was bugging me co that band fucking suck!!no offence to anyone that likes them but i dont.

Anyway..leaflet after shitty leaflet of other bands and im like..let us in dammit im cold!!getting impatient and i feel ill..at 7pm the crowd starts moving and we go in.straight to the merch booth and get a Avenged shirt each..go to the loos,put them on and get some booze..i got jagermeister and i think johnny got strongbow..meanwhile hearing the crappy band 'Black Tide' who sound like metallica who do my head in cos they're so OLD!!!fair enough Avenged look up to Metallica but atleast they don't try to sound exactly like them like this band was doing!!we give in our coats n bags n go downstairs into the stalls and find a place right near the front so we were chuffed!it took about 2 hours till Avenged eventually came on and 2 shitty bands before them got me pissed off!cos not everyone was in the building yet so Avenged had to wait..dammit!!before they come on being at the front squashed for 2 straight hours..couldnt breathe and having elbows in our faces..we think..fuck this and move right to the back near the bar..but i was glad cos we saw them all clearly..Shadows was going absolutely nuts and he was definetely the life of the band!The Rev looking awesome in black center stage,Syn to the right with his Tatts showing and his awesome pinstripe black schecter guitar!Johnny christ with peroxide blonde hair and sunglasses on..Zacky V with a super cute suit top on with tight black jeans and a tie..and shadows baring his muscles with a black shirt on,aviator sunglasses and a awesome mohican!waving his arms around and headbanging next to the rev's drums and screaming to beast and the harlot!!everyone went nuts!they played Critical Acclaim,Almost Easy,Remenissions,Afterlife,Scream,Unholy Confessions,Bat Country,Seize the Day (shadows sang that so beautifully i got well emotional,lol)Brompton Cocktail and Gunslinger to exit..it was funny though..Shadows was very cheeky and took the piss outta johnny christ saying 'nah he cant sing for shit' n then everyone cheered johnny on to sing! the last song ended and the rev threw his sticks and Zacky V threw what looked like sweets and took a bow which was really cute..

it was so awesome!i wasnt at all disappointed!and to spend it with my johnny was the best time ever!!!
