had a real good time down there.  it was the 3rd time i went.  hipshot finally has 4 and 5 string "strat style bridges that i can use for my mandolins.  visited the boys at tisonics (titainium bridges) for posibly using them on my lap steels.  some of the after parties where great too.  i saw metal sanaz at the hilton and got a photo op:
 

saw a lot of other poeple and artists.  i was wore out for 2 days after getting home.

i don't know how to put this, but i like listening to music with headphones.  not the walkman, or ipod type.  the sony type that cover your whole ear.  i think it just opens a new dimension to the music.  some bands when they mix-down they pan the instruments from left to right etc.  this really comes out in the headphones........
