-Your BF or GF only talks to their EX on the phone when your not around! HMMMM how you gonna start a new relationship but still sneakn to talk to your EX! A relationship is built off of trust EARNED NOT GIVEN!

-Anytime theres an argument your new BF or GF runs back to their EX! DUH Then tries to come back to you when they see that their EX doesnt have nothing on you! LAME LAME LAME

So I've been up since 5:30am... (early bird gets the worm ya'll..I can sleep when I'm dead lol) anywho...I clicked on a youtube video of Britney Spears being hounded by paparatzziiiiii and shit...first off lemme start by saying this: NEVER will you see me waste my time writing about someone's business in Hollywood...or some gossip bullshit that has no substance...value ...or cant uplift my community an anyway...those are words I choose not to waste on garbage..unlike some people I know who spend  hours wasting there time blogging...writing...and YOU TUBING about someone elses life...it usually means they have no life of there own! But I felt compelled again to write about not Britney...but just watching how the photographers were racing like chickens with there heads cut off for that "money shot" .....In the clip you see an ambulance with tons of police cars trying to get by...it immediately brought back memories of how Princess Di was killed! Why da hell would you stand in front of an ambulance...and you clearly see its something serious going on!

SHAME ON YOU HOLLYWOOD!

Now many of you can speak your thoughts...but I've lived in Hollywood...dealt with Hollwood...and personally I loved it..but at the same time I hated it! My mind is deeper than Hollywood..I see past all that superficial shit...its all a fuckin' game...and a power trip...anyone who wants real peace in there life will agree with me! Hollywood is a trip!  While being on Bad Girls was a complete blessing...the territory that came with it was a damn trip! I've come to learn that I like behind the scenes better anyway....thats who's making' the real money anyhow! But to continue on with my thoughts, I hate how Hollywood has become...I think about all the African American actors and actresses who paved the way for other african americans today in Hollywood...and when you hear names like Dorothy Dandridge...Sidney Poitier.....Bill Cosby...Oprah Winfrey...James Earl Jones...ect. ect.  you think of SUBSTANCE...leadership..QUALITY! Not saying that todays black actors and actresses arent doing the damn thing...cause they are...but back then Hollywood actually had some substance even though blacks still had a long ways to go! Now look what da hell the cat drug in.

When I see people gon' off Cocaine...it makes me wonder if those were the demons they speak of in Revelations. Yes I said COCAINE! The people you least expect that would do it...ARE DOING IT! Its such a secret society almost...people who do it only want to be around people who do it...its like the old term "birds of a feather...flock together" plus when there high they get 'paranoid so they want you to be high with them! You've heard rumors of people in high places doing it...and more than likely they are not rumors! You hear about it and you may not think its a big deal...UNTIL you actually find out how many people are doing it! Or someone you love is addicted to it. They often have what I call a "coke nose" hard to explain in writing but it usually has an uplift stance on there nostrils from them blowing it so much! I'm not making it like im perfect...I've tried drugs...but thats just one that I know is gonna put the mark of the beast for sure on our country!

I want all my fans (and I know I have young ones) to be aware...I've seen first hand what drugs do to families...its sad! Our parents grew up in the 80's...more than likely they were teenagers...thats when Crack hit the scene and to them it was "kool" ....it was like "E" is to the majority of our generation...but what happened? I'm sure you dont have to be a genious to figure out how bad Crack fucked up some of our communities...I've watch crack cocaine break up my community and others! So that was kool to them in the 80's...and whats kool to some of our culture and nation is cocaine...and its almost sad to see people out of complete character...sweating...twitching...up all night...gon' off that shit! And its even sadder when I hear some of my favorite rappers glorify it...and I'm not talking about selling it...a few I've heard are actually admitting to doing it now! WOW  When did cocaine become okay to glorify?? Our society is so damn backwards...Its hard for me to even type because it makes me mad that people are actually doing this shit...and you know what the crazy part about it is...no one really admits to being addicted to it...when I've seen them need it! Anytime you need a drug...your addicted! POINT BLANK  Coke is a hard drug to kick...I'm not hear to judge anyone..but drugs have burdened my family for years in some aspects so I'm no softy to this shit...it is what it is! its so important that we stress the mess of drugs period to our kids...alot of people try to shelter there kids and not kick that real shit to them...your only hurting them trust me...but do you know why you dont hear about coke busts..or crackdowns on it..cause your mainstream america is the one doing it...those people that our passing our laws? THEY DO IT! Those people that run big record labels THEY DO IT! The news reports reporting the busts? THEY DO IT... Its a rich mans drug...but the poor are now going for it also...it one of those drugs that when you come down you wanna either die coming down from it or kill and rob to stay up for it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most Asians and Hispanics believe the American dream can be achieved through hard work, while blacks remain skeptical of equal opportunities to succeed, according to a recent poll.

Seventy-four percent of Hispanics and 64 percent of Asians believe that "if you work hard, you will succeed in the United States," while more than 60 percent of blacks said they "do not believe the American dream works for them," a poll by New America Media, a nationwide association of ethnic media organizations, reported.

Tom Pinson, secretary of the Concerned Citizens of Dalton, a Georgia organization that addresses the needs of the black community, said the American dream can be attained by blacks just as easily as it can by any other ethnic group.

"Some (black) people blame the system, when it could also be how we prepare ourselves to reach those goals," Mr. Pinson said.

Pollster Sergio Bendixen, who conducted the nationwide telephone survey of more than 1,100 blacks, Asians and Hispanics, said in a news release that the findings "show that the immigrant brings optimism to the mix, while blacks bring hard-won realism."

The poll also found serious tensions exist among the three largest minority groups in the United States -- blacks, Hispanics and Asian-Americans -- including mistrust and significant stereotyping.

"The friction between ethnic and racial groups is clearly rooted in the mistrust they harbor toward each other as well as the sentiment that other groups are mistreating them," the news release stated.

Sandy Close, executive editor and director of New America Media, said in the poll reveals "some unflattering realities that exist in America today."

Among other findings, the poll also reported blacks overwhelmingly believe the criminal justice system favors the rich and powerful, while most Hispanics and even a larger majority of Asians disagree.

Also, 44 percent of Hispanics and 47 percent of Asians are "generally afraid of African-Americans because they are responsible for most of the crime."

Niansen Liu, president of the Chattanooga Chinese Association, said although that's not what he believes, "most Chinese probably feel that way."

Chattanooga Police Department spokeswoman Jerri Weary said the department doesn't keep records of crime statistics by race.

Ed Canler, chairman of La Paz de Dios, a local Hispanic outreach group, said most Hispanic immigrants in Chattanooga come from Guatemala and Mexico, and the perception they have of blacks doesn't come from interaction with them but from what they see on television.

"There are basically no blacks in Mexico or Guatemala, so they don't have any experience with black people," he said. "I think whatever inferences they draw are from television."

According to those interviewed, 66 percent of blacks said the coverage of problems related to racial tensions by mainstream media was irresponsible, followed by 43 percent of Latinos and 30 percent of Asians.

Despite the tensions, a majority of each ethnic group polled also said they should put aside their differences and work together to better their communities. Strong majorities of each group believe racial tensions will ease over the next 10 years, according to the poll.

Mr. Pinson said things slowly are changing among the groups.

"Things are better now than before, and as more young kids become friends with children from other ethnic groups and we continue to work together, we'll help clear those stereotypes and misperceptions," he said.

Mr. Canler said it's important for members of different ethnic groups to get along and reach out to each other.

"These prejudices and biases held by both groups (Hispanics and blacks) can do a lot of harm to (Chattanooga) as a whole," he said. "I think it will take leaders on both sides to approach each other, discuss these problems and reach out for future understanding.

I get alot of great advice from older business men and women...and they always tell me that key to financial freedom is OWNERSHIP! If your renting everything...house..car...furniture..loans...ect ect your only digging yourself in a deeper hole! If you humble yourself and take that 3000 you put down for a down payment on a new car and instead buy a $3,000 little car instead until you can work your way up the ladder! No carpayment everymonth means you can actually save money and put it towards other things such as investments!

And before you can even do all that you have to have that DRIVE to even get there! I feel like we are losing our communities due to this! Black people are bigggg spenders in this state...were known to spend more than any other race...but we claim that "the man" is holding us back! pleaseeee  WE ARE HOLDING OURSELVES BACK theres so many people out there who hold workshops and conferences about this very thing! My ex and I attended  them all the time! Ecspecially in Atlanta! The resources are out there...the advice is out there...all thats left is YOU! Theres no one or anything that could hold me from my dreams and aspirations...not a white man...a passing car...an unlimited supply of PATRON LOL ...NOTHING! If I fail I blame ME! Were is our drive black people???????????????????????????? Lets get it together and start supporting one another! All the other races damn near do!

It's been some months now....and even though at times I may not be doing right...I often ask myself are you watching me? Are you happy with what you see me doing?  You never lied to me or tried to sugarcoat this life shit...you always kept it real and told me how it is..and how it was gonna be! Grammy theres alot of people trying to stop me from doing what you wanted me to do! Am I making you proud? You always told me that no matter what wrong I'm doing in my life...to always keep God around me! And to pray for strength! Can you believe the devils that are after me! You'd be mad at me for even just mentioning that...you'd ask me why am I worried about what others think...that has nothing to do with me! You'd tell me to mind my own business and do what I need to do for myself and my future!

I hate that your not here! I feel selfish...I was mad at God that day he took you...but hey..what can I do! You told me at Aunties homegoing not to cry at yours! To be happy...your strength is amazing...and I want the world to know what a battlefield you've come from! And where I get my stength from! Even though I'm crying right now...I know your still giving me strength to fight off these demons! I'm not doing exactly everything right...but my heart is good! And I know you'd be happy with that!
